Dear Ms. Bruni Ms. West,
I do apologize for the lateness of my reply. I’m afraid I’ve been away on business for quite some time and not always where mail might reach me. I fear it may be time to hire an assistant. But I digress.
I had hardly begun to form a reply to your previous letter when your second came. I have simply changed out the paperwork. There will be a form that you will need to fill out yourself, however; you will find it enclosed. Once that is finished it should be a quick process.
