I had a one of those dreams in which you continuously wake up relieved from a nightmare/suspenseful dream .. only to realize it was a horrid cycle when you officially wake up .. if I did at all. It's safe to say my mind has been fucked all day.

I had a one of those dreams in which you continuously wake up relieved from a nightmare/suspenseful dream .. only to realize it was a horrid cycle when you officially wake up .. if I did at all. It's safe to say my mind has been fucked all day.
There was not enough sleep if my toothbrush is still wet in the morning.
Lessons learned
So my normal shift during the week is working from 11PM-7AM Friday and Saturday nights. And because we are a little understaffed I can usually pick up a few shifts throughout the week as well. And apparently this weekend was one of those. But I think that I probably took on a little more than I could handle this time around.
This week I worked Tuesday-Thursday from 11AM-7PM. That's no biggie. But then I worked Friday 11PM-7AM, Saturday the same, and then Sunday after getting off at 7AM from my Saturday shift I slept 5 hours, Then got up, and got called back into work for a shift from 5PM-10.30PM, and then I had to be on again 30 mins later at a different location for another 11PM-7AM shift...
Not my wisest decision for sure. And I have realized something; Just because you have recently started taking care of yourself doesn't mean that you're suddenly invincible. And let's be honest here, even someone in tip top physical shape probably couldn't do this without trouble either. Sleep deprivation is no joke. And obviously depending almost solely on energy drinks to help you get through all of it is probably not the smartest idea...
YAY! I am home from work at a rather reasonable time. This means I will bust my ass with the heaviest workout ever tonight, which my body will try to make me regret thoroughly tomorrow!
