Havoc, being an only child, has always wanted a younger sibling and he sees that in Winry.

When he’s around her he tries to make a mental note to act tougher, a way to ward off any guys from approaching her even though he knows she could hold her own. He also tries desperately to be a good role model when he’s in her eye so that he she doesn’t pick up on any of his bad habits (although he’ll swear up and down that smoking does not count).

He also wants to teach her to drive so that he could be on to leave an imprint on her, one that’ll last forever.
