So I just found out that Costa Rica lost :((
I’m just going to be sad by myself because probably no one was cheering for Costa Rica :(
WHY DID IT HAVE TO HAPPEN AT THE FINAL MINUTE THAT IS SUCH A CRUEL WAY TO LOSE
(At least I wasn’t actually watching it, that would’ve devastated me. Thanks, Mom, for making me eat dinner.)
On the plus side, this means I won’t have to deal with a USA vs. Costa Rica final. And I have to say that Mexico played better. I unfortunately didn’t see much of the Costa Rica I fell in love with during the World Cup.
Congrats Mexico, and now I can focus on cheering for my nation. GOOO USA!!!
