Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 8 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 1 cup whipped cream for topping. 1/4 cup crushed pretzels surprise ingredient. Mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Just before it starts to boil, heat up 1 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan. After taking it off the heat, add the chopped dark chocolate to the hot cream. After one minute, stir it until it's smooth and well mixed. Put in vanilla extract and sea salt. Mix it well, then let it cool to room temperature. Mix the last cup of heavy cream with the granulated sugar in a different bowl. Whip it until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream slowly into the chocolate mixture that has been cooled until it is smooth and even. To make a parfait, put layers of chocolate mousse and crushed pretzels in serving glasses one on top of the other. Put the parfaits in the fridge for at least two hours so they can set.
