Vegan Caramelized Banana and Rum Shake
This vegan protein shake is creamy and tastes great with chocolate and peanut butter. It's great for refueling after a workout or as a satisfying snack because it's full of plant-based protein.
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1 cup almond milk. 2 tablespoons vegan chocolate protein powder. 1 tablespoon peanut butter. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup ice cubes.
Instructions: Blend a banana that is ripe, almond milk, vegan chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a blender. Put ice cubes in the blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put it in a glass and enjoy!
