Goo Create Update
This week's update includes some amazing new features and - as always - lots of bug fixes.
New Features:
Assets can now be shared with friends, lovers and teammates! Click the sharing settings button in the Asset Library panel to share an asset, go to the “Shared With Me” library to see assets shared with you:
Assets without a thumbnail in the asset library will now have a pretty default image:
Scripts can now opened from the Asset list:
Skyboxes now work like all other assets; they can be drag-and-dropped, duplicated, added to the Asset Library and shared:
A Project Stats panel has been added to track how performant a scene is. Use it together with the Project Size panel to optimize your scene:
Bug fixes:
Fixed an issue where the overlay postFX would not display the correct texture.
Dropping an image on the canvas now creates an entity, material and texture all named after the dropped image.
Imported scripts won’t show up twice in the text editor anymore.
Added a button to duplicate a 2D entity's material.
Timeline assets with missing entities will now still import and play.
Text editor assets will now show their current name, even if that name isn’t saved.
The State Machine actions Tween Opacity and Move will now work correctly even when the time is set to Zero.
HTML entity links now work with touch input.
If a script parameter is missing a default variable, one will be added automatically.
The default state dot is now replaced with a text since a lot of users missed this feature.
Removing unused assets will no longer remove the skybox.
Meshes with skeletons will no longer appear in their root position on the scene starting frame.
Projects will still load even if they use a non-https external script.
If you blow a kiss to Goo Create, it will now feel the warmth of your love.
