is the child a good sleeper?like?? relatively. but when he doesn’t sleep, he dOESN’T SLEEP.how often does the child cry?a lot more when he’s younger, but after a few months, he finds some chill.which parent finds it easier to get them to stop?it depends on the day, tbh. but both are pretty good at it.how does the child behave at bath time?tbh, probably a terror. especially in the verse(s) where paul anka is around (assuming we haven’t killed him) bc if the dog gets to hate bathtime, so does the kiddowhat is the child’s first word?let’s be real, it’s probably ‘coffee’, and luke hATES IT. lorelai, of course, is thrilled.how bad do the child’s diapers smell and which parent has the misfortune of changing them?lorelai full on complains about how boys must inherently smell worse than girls, because rory’s nEVER were this bad, but it’s something they’d split, and lorelai finds every convenient excuse to get out of it as she can think of lmaowhich parent has a harder time adapting to their new role?luke lmaojust how terrible are the terrible twos?not all tHAT terrible, but i mean.... does the child go to day care? if they do, how old are they when they start?if the child doesn’t go to day care, who says home to look after them?which parent babyproofs the house?L U K E icbwhich parents designs the baby room?both of them do, feat. lots of arguments about how “the kid can’t even use half of this stuff lorelai,”  “bUT IT’S CUTE !!!!”which parent is more likely to give in to tantrums?luke, usually, but lorelai will sometimes!is the child spoiled with toys?absolutely, i mean, have u met the citizens of stars hollow? can u imaGINE how they’d react to this kid? never has a more spoiled kid existed.which parent does the potty training?lorelai, tbhwhich parent has to take them outside to hose them down after a particularly nasty diaper?i can just imagine lorelai doing it and luke just “he’S NOT A CAR USE THE BATHTUB”which parent do they take after more?both, in different ways, but probably luke a little more?what habits do they pick up from their parents?crazy run on sentences from lorelai, LOVES movie nights thanks to lorelai. wears backwards baseball caps from day one bc !!!!, can u imagine luke taking lil liam camping though?? and fishing?? and just !!! LUKE HAVING A SON !!!  (  not coffee --- not yet, at least, bc i very distinctly remember one of the text message memes from several months ago that consisted of “i am not giving our baby coffee” icb i love our kids and their kid(s) so much !!!!!  )how often is the parents’ date night now?i mean, it’s luke and lorelai, so ??? probably pretty often lmao they have a thousand built in babysitterswho babysits when the parents go out?i’m pretty sure the town of stars hollow probably made a full on sign up sheet to get ppl to stop fighting over who gets to babysit, especially in the teen verse. in the older verse, rory helps out, too but the entire t o wn babysits, okay?
