Build Habits
I’ve just watch the new video by Matt D’avella about how to create three habits that can change/improve your life.
Firstly, I must say that this guy is so inspiring. Each video makes me motivated to improve and create a life that I sincerely love.
So, I need to find three habits I want to create and try to keep going during 30 days. It’s quite easy to find 3 habits I need to work on.
I - Me when I see all the cleaning i must do, every week
First habit - Do my chores weekly : I hate (like really HATE) doing laundry, dust, declutter, tidy up... I need to create a habit and do my chores regularly (like really and don’t procrastinate !). I like the idea of doing something for two days in a row and just take one break day. It can be brilliant to help me maintain this habit. My flat will say to me thank you at the end of this challenge ;)
II - Me when I need to go to gym
Second habit - Go to the gym and do dance : I love sport, I love moving but i also love sleeping and wasting my days scrolling on my tumblr/youtube feeds and creating new collections on weheartit. Consequently, tomorrow, i’ll go to the gym to pay a subscription and go work out weekly.
III - Me when people say : “You could do whatever you want if you work hard !”
Third habit - Do a study session, everyday, 45 minutes : why 45 minutes ? Because it’s supposed to be the amount of time a human brain can stay concentrate on a task. And I need to work on a project i really wish to accomplish, a dream job but i’m so lazy and I don’t believe in me. Nevertheless, if I don’t try, I’ll regret it for the rest of my life... So, let’s stop procrastinate, let’s believe in ourselves and ACT !
It’s summer holiday therefor it’s the perfect timing to work on this habits. Let’s pray gods that I’ll succeed !
