In the verse where Howl is a byproduct of Pitch's nightmare sand and Tooth's multiplying ability mixing, here a few specific headcanons that only apply to this verse.
Howl will not age, he will always remain the same age forever
Howl can not reproduce
He can still shadow travel but can only manipulate the nightmare sand, he cannot create his own
If Howl touches a tooth box the owner will remember their most frightening memory
Howl doesn't know how to read or write, he'll need to be taught how to, he needs an education taught to him
Because of his two creators being both lonely people once on their life Howl will need someone cause of that loneliness that has been imbedded into him
