Guys I am so SO close to being done with these character designs and onto everything else. I have one more backstory to revise and then I need to develop their character voices and general wardrobes due to it giving away a lot abt characters, and then I’ll finishing either worldbuilding or plotting!!!
Although I might actually finish plotting first, since then I’ll know the things I need to fully develop about the worlds. But I’m still so excited to have gotten this far!! I’ve been working on this story for literal years and there are so many things I’ve reworked and changed throughout the years.
WIP Update!
Hey guys, I just realized I haven’t updated any of you about Adversaries lately, so here goes!!
I planned like 5 new characters, lots of which I am absolutely IN LOVE WITH. Katie could absolutely murder a bitch with her bare hands and I love her for it, and Leliel is the softest, sweetest fallen angel ever. My characters give me LIFE, you guys.
Also, I’ve made a very vague outline of the magic system and the regions in their respective worlds that I want it to focus on. I used to find worldbuilding the be the longest, most dragged-out process ever, and now I’m enjoying it a lot! Yay!
I planned a very specific scene that shows just how lovely Asmodeus is, because when Saeren comes knocking at Hell’s door, Asmodeus takes him to see Kaz even though he generally doesn’t trust angels. Saeren and Kaz are just the most precious and the scene is so bittersweet, which is my very favourite flavour to write in!!
That’s about all, just thought you guys would like to know how it’s been going!
