2018 West Virginia Mountaineer Short Film Festival
“This is an international, competitive film festival that screens compelling and innovative works in narrative film, documentary, experimental video and animation.”
The festival will screen around 50 films created from individuals around the world. This festival is extremely diverse because it includes countries such as Germany, Japan, Russia, Iran, Italy, Brazil and the UK.
The theme for this years film festival is “borders.” The student will be at college level and students under 18 will be screened as well.
Most of the films will be focusing on diversity, identity, space, belonging and the landscape.
Admission is free and open to all students and the public.
