Indulge in the rich and savory flavors of this Green Peppercorn & Blue Cheese Burger. The creamy blue cheese sauce with a hint of green peppercorns takes your burger experience to a whole new level. Perfect for burger lovers looking for something unique and delicious.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles. 2 tablespoons green peppercorns. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sour cream. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon olive oil. Salt and black pepper to taste. Lettuce leaves and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and black pepper. Place the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare burgers. Adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the green peppercorns and saut for a minute or two until fragrant. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the blue cheese crumbles, mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard. Cook, stirring, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Remove from heat. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Once the burgers are cooked to your liking, assemble the burgers. Spread a generous amount of the green peppercorn and blue cheese sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a burger patty. Top with tomato slices. Place the top half of the bun on the tomato slices, and your Green Peppercorn & Blue Cheese Burger is ready to serve! Enjoy your gourmet burger with your favorite side dishes.
