Body image through handmade • There are many things I dislike about my body. ➰Positivity and Balance ➰ • A few weeks ago I told myself “I’m finally ready to be better.” For a while now I’ve been missing that “finally” with many missed/failed opportunities to be better previously. I guess turning 26 and losing your health insurance will make you want to treat your body and mind the right way. • Even in this short time, I’ve crashed and burned mentally but came out with so much light and positivity. I guess I realized I’m worth working on myself. It may be difficult and take extra effort but I am worth it. I deserve to find balance and positivity in any situation instead of self deprecating into an anxiety attack. This journey is far from over and I can’t wait to see where it takes me. • With that being said, I hope you too find balance, comfort, and happiness in yourself and life. YOU ARE WORTH IT. We all deserve to love ourselves and to value our mental and physical being. If you’ve been meaning to make a personal change, DO IT because you can!
