Paint the sky of your soul with Peace ༄ This year has been a hard one my friends, we’ve seen some drastic changes and had to adapt and shift so quickly at times. I’m pretty excited to say goodbye to 2021 😂. But all the same this year has taught me the importance of mental health and self love. I have never spent so much time in nature, playing the piano, creating art, meditating, talking to a counsellor, these have been an invaluable part of my healing & growth. For me creativity & wellness go hand-in-hand.
