Sometimes I've thought, and others have even said, that nail stamping is cheating. I guess it kind of is, it doesn't require the same ability to draw designs, but then I often find it would be quicker to just draw the darn things freehand! Honestly it is so hit and miss with stamping for me and often takes so much longer with all the mess ups. I have a whole hoard of stampers and there seems to be no rhyme or reason (tho there probably is) for which ones will work when and where. The temperature, humidity, season, brand of polish, individual plates, individual images on the individual plates, technique and desired effect all seem to have an impact on stamping Today I have been having awesome luck with the pictured carbon stamper from @messymansion. It is super big and squishy and sticky and is picking up the detail in those lace designs that I usually struggle with. Yet other days I have no luck with it and the creative shop ones are on point My hoard pictured includes @messymansion @clearjellystamper and #creativeshopstamper Let's all take a moment to be thankful for how far stamping has come since it's humble konad beginnings! #nailpolish #nailart #indiepolish #notd #nailswag #nails2inspire #supportindies
