#7/100 — #7of100 The spiral path of art is a constant fascination to me, and a perfect metaphor for life. Each iteration comes with a new understanding for all that’s accumulated up to now. .……….……….……….……….……… I’ve learned to leave a painting (or a sewing project, writing, animation, whatever) when it gets to that sticky stage where I can’t see where it wants to go next. I let it rest. .……….……….……….……….……….… I know I’ll circle back round eventually, sometimes months or years later. In this case it was just a few days.
