Value Difference.
I have seen so many wonderfully diverse, creative, energetic, passionate groups of people become corporate zombies. The corporate or professional environment expects you to 'fit in' and in exchange you get a nice monthly salary, pension and other benefits. Trading self-expression for security kills creative spirit. I see work passion disintegrate when many individuals reach middle management - the prospect of rocking the boat is too scary....they risk losing their financial security and that can be terrifying. 'Tis it any wonder that 'innovative' companies who fail to truly value difference simply DIE.
