Make tasty sliders with the food you have left over from Thanksgiving. This Thanksgiving sandwich is the best ever because it has turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy all in one slider.
Ingredients: 2 cups shredded leftover turkey. 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce. 1/2 cup leftover stuffing. 12 slider buns. 1/2 cup leftover gravy. 1 cup leftover mashed potatoes. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce on the bottom halves of the buns. Top the cranberry sauce with a layer of shredded turkey. Crumble leftover stuffing over the turkey layer. Place the top halves of the buns on top of the stuffing. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the tops of the buns. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is melted. While the sliders are baking, reheat the leftover mashed potatoes and gravy. Once the sliders are done, remove them from the oven. Open each slider and spoon a dollop of mashed potatoes on top of the turkey layer. Pour a little gravy over the mashed potatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the gravy. Place the tops of the buns back on the sliders. Serve warm and enjoy your Thanksgiving leftovers sliders!
