Putting in the Extra Work

Earlier in the day I was pondering why I may have been waking so much in the night. Last night when I got home, I just felt restless and hot after yoga. It finally came to me tonight during class. Maybe, when I get out of yoga I have so many ideas running through my mind. My creativity may be sparked. I feel a fire inside me and ideas wanting to be heard. Instead of shutting off my mind tonight, I put on my headphones and tuned into my mind.

A couple of days ago I started writing again. I've been doing journal stuff, poetry, and some starts of short stories. I'm not really sure what turned on the creativity spark in my brain, because truth be told, I haven't really written in years. I used to love to write, but it just kinda became lost from me. I missed it...
