Can we talk about my love for cows for a minute? 🐮 Or my love for art? I painted these back in the day when I only did art for myself (aside from the wooden sign). That's when I had the most fun with my art. Nowadays I feel the pressure. Pressure of social media. Pressure to post more "consistently" and the pressure of creating art to simply show it off on Instagram and the like. . . . If you've been feeling it to, I simply want to remind you to create for YOURSELF. Social media should form around your life, not the other way around. I see too many influencers and big accounts out there fishing for opportunities just simply because it would look good on Instagram. . . Instagram is a highlight reel and nothing more. I'm not saying it's a bad thing and that we shouldn't use it, however, I dont feel that an app should rule so much of our lives and our happiness.
