Richie knew it was a bad idea to room with someone you have had the hots for, but when his old roommate bailed he somehow ended up asking Eddie to live with him anyway. He asked in a moment of clouded judgement and knowing that he actually enjoyed being around Eddie.  It would be fine he told himself over and over again. 

It was fine when Richie plopped down on the couch next to him and let their knees touch for a moment. He wiggled the joint he had between two of his fingers in Eddie’s direction and asked, “Do you wanna tonight?”

It was Saturday night meaning instead of going out on the town or to some party, Richie had his ass in front of the TV because SNL would be on soon. It wasn’t necessarily a dream of his to be on the show because standup seemed to be more his thing than sketch comedy, but he still admired the people who were on it. // @creaturechased plotted starter

     not having the right amount of clothing on at the moment could be the reason why he was reddened in the face. there was a chill in the air and all eddie wanted was something much more warmer than just this god forsaken windbreaker that wasn’t even doing it’s job.

LEVI!!! i have had a few interactions with levi OOC and honestly – he is such a pure gem. he’s so very sweet and honestly i adore. 10/10. i haven’t had the pleasure yet to write with levi, but i would LOVE to. your writing is just *chefs kiss* and honestly who wouldn’t love to see some eddie squared? XD lakjdlsfj seriously though – before i digress – i love what you have done to make eddie corcoran your own and really to develop the character because he deserves so much and you’re really showing that with what you have done for him.

          “ well, ” richie pauses, head tilting to the side just a little as he looks the other up and down, grin spreading across lips, “ safe to say you managed it. ” smirks as he brings up his drink to lips and takes another large sip before setting the glass down at the bar, “ i think i just shit myself. or-- hold on, you ARE currently in costume, right? ”

IT blinks uneven eyes at the other, unsure what to say for a momnet. Shifting long limbs around as if IT was unsure what to do for a a few seconds as IT tries to process their words. A soft sound finally leaves the clown lips, half annoyed and half still very confused. 

                          “They always look like that!”

richie hadn’t been sure where they stood since smoking together the other day. ending up making out like that was unexpected, but he just told himself it was because they were high and it wasn’t anything else. and just because he was telling himself that it meant nothing didn’t mean he wasn’t going to stop thinking about it every second since it happened. so the question made his heart stop a little like eddie had been able to read his mind, but in reality, the other probably only noticed that he was staring at his lips. his initial reaction to the question sounded panicked, “i don’t know!” but then he shrugged his shoulders and tried to sound more calm, “are we? i was kinda leaving that up to you.”
