Last week I received in the mail a postcard for a new #creaturefeatures compilation of the last 3 episodes from 1984. It had a hand written note from John Stanley so of course I had to order it. So much nostalgia in less than 2 hours of clips including references to long gone Bay Area institutions Comics & Comix! My mom picked up the fan club card at a convention in 1977 and I guess she gave it to me or I claimed it as my own! It's hard to convey the importance of these kinds of shows back in the 70s when conventions felt few and far between, there were just a couple of magazines available monthly and the Internet was an experiment at universities. The later years had interviews with a variety of actor, author and movie maker guests.
