Custom Regular Saevus Wolf commission for a client on Etsy! I had such a blast working on this wolfy. He's probably the nicest one I've made so far. I was even a bit jealous to let him go! Dagnis (pronounced Dag-nee) is a one of a kind, handmade, poseable art doll. His face and paws are completely handsculpted in Zbrush, exported out and 3D printed in very fine detail in high quality PLA at a layer height of 100 microns. The parts are assembled onto the core frame and are then hand painted. The doll's core is made of strong, durable wire so that the doll is flexible and can be posed in many different stands. Meet Nera! She is a regular Saevus Wolf and a one of a kind, handmade, posable art doll. Her face and paws are completely handsculpted in Zbrush, exported out and 3D printed in very fine detail in high quality PLA at a layer height of 100 microns. The parts are assembled onto the core frame and are then hand painted. The doll's core is made of iron wire so that the doll is flexible and can be posed in many different stands. Finally, the core frame is padded and a faux fur covering is applied to complete the doll. She is completely handsewn. My dolls do not consist of any animal-derived materials, they are also smoke and allergy free! Nera has a very docile and observant nature. The name 'Nera' is of Hebrew origin meaning 'Light'. There's something different about her; perhaps it's her decency or simply her kindness. Nonetheless, others tend to take pride in knowing her, wishing they were more like her. She loves to spend her time around companions and is also very protective around those she holds dear. Even while amongst her friends, she is currently still looking for a place to really call home. Okay so here’s my personal topnine fav’s because my top posts of this year are mainly one doll!😂 I didn’t get to create much in 2019. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best year for me. I’ve had so many struggles health-wise that it also started to fry my motivation for work as well as my personal life. Right now I am going through exercise therapy and I am taking medication to keep the pain somewhat at bay. These last couple of weeks have been better for me and it had got me excited for 2020. I have lots of ideas in mind for this year and hopefully my health will continue to improve!
