How to get Gems and Coins?
Collect the Daily Bonus. Once in 24 hours, players can go to the daily Bonus place which should be on the first screen and collect that bonus daily. This bonus includes coins and gems. Play a longer Game. The more time you can survive in the ocean eating fish and destroying objects will give you higher chances of collecting Gems and coins. When I said you could eat anything that means even the Reef Shark can eat a Megalodon during the Gold Rush. Then there are some dangerous species even the Megalodon cannot eat. They live in the very deep of the ocean. But Gold Rush gives your shark to eat them as well.
When I see these dangerous species, I do not try to engage but to swim away because, even 1 bite is sufficient to kill your Shark. If you really want to eat them there’s a way. Swim away and try to eat many fishes until a Gold Rush appears. Then Swim to the bottom with Boost speed and locate those bustards. They’re edible then.
Beat the Giant Crab. When you’re roaming around the ocean, you can find this giant crab. On the way to him, you can eat many delicious bug crabs as well. Beating the Giant Crab is not an easy task. You may not be able to beat it with small shark for which you’re gonna need at least the Great White Shark. However, beating the crab will reward you nicely.
