Imagine a reader who hears rumors about some mysterious serial killer and becomes so obsessed with him that they start tracking down every crime scene they suspect he was responsible for. Of course they’re not crazy enough to actually approach him (not yet at least), so they just go there to take pictures of his victims (to maybe understand his way of killing, I didn't think about it that deeply yet😭) maybe get a picture of him from afar if they’re lucky or collect little things he left behind. Even if it’s something stupid and insignificant like a chocolate wrapper, to them that tiny thing means they’re a little bit closer to him. They keep everything in a little box, along with printed photos and notes about every sighting and eventually they start recognizing his patterns well enough to guess where he might show up next.

but i had a dream that Clockwork and Toby had a kid, and I practically watched her life as if it was a movie. Her nickname was Ladybug, but Toby would shorten it to "Lady", and she grew up thinking he was just being an asshole, but when she turned 16 and started hanging out with him more often she like, realized her loser father was actually trying </3 I just had to recreate this scene cause it was sort of taking over my brain

There was another scene where she was in the car with him and being edgy by blasting Rammstein and toby was like "oh cool Rammstein! i love them" and shes like "pfft yeah sure old man..." but he then started singing and and and thats how she found out her father was german
