I’m way late on this but YASSS Crepeman Café is finally here in Cainta! My first experience with Crepeman was at their Maginhawa branch, and after that it became sorta hard for my taste buds not to crave the feel and taste of their crêpes.
Crepeman Cainta offers the same menu as any other Crepeman branches. From sweet to savory crêpe, and smoothies to milk teas, they’re all here in my backyard. I’m very happy about this because crêpe is one of my eternal cravings, and Crepeman is just affordable. I love it so much because it reminds me of the three Korean brothers who used to sell crêpe at uni back in college. Their busy concessionaire at uni didn’t last long but the taste of their savory crêpes sure made a lasting impression.
Philly’s Cheesesteak. I already tried their Porky’s Bacon crêpe before (because bacon), so this time I opted for another one of their bestsellers: the Philly’s Cheesesteak savory crepe. OBSESSED with this one. Sure all the ingredients were cramped at the bottom but it’s so tasty, cheesy and meaty. My cousin even said that the caramelized steak bits tasted like shawarma. Those were my sentiments exactly.
Porky’s Bacon. Still good, still porky, still corn-y. Yum.
Mango Nabana. Generous in choco spread, whipped cream, and mango.
When we visited the place, most of their drinks weren’t available because they had no ice. So it’s unfortunate that we didn’t sample their smoothies and iced teas. Maybe for another visit.
I really hope the Crepeman Cainta branch will become successful, or at least have an ample amount of visitors because I don’t want the place to go. It’s a bit of a hard find but after you become accustomed to it, you’ll learn to love the warm and friendly and great-smelling walls of the place.
Crepeman Cainta is located at 2F Rublou Marketplace Brookside 3, Ortigas Ave., Ext., Cainta, Rizal.
