Maybe the wildest Ava’s Demon Theory yet??
Hey guys guess who’s finally back after a ~month hiatus with a WILD theory, so strap in, this one’s going to reverse everything you thought you knew about our dear Crescent Host.
(I have some pretty interesting evidence for this but there are also quite a few holes, so my dm’s and comments are always open for further discussion on my theories. This one is certainly no exception.)
It’s thought to be common knowledge of the AD Theorist Community that Crescent will be a high-ranked follower of TiTAN. No one (that I know of) has been able to decipher what exactly her faded honeycomb pattern means, but I think I might’ve just figured out.
(Or I’m reading way too much into everything, which I do a lot so oh well.)
I’ve been staring at Crescent’s thing for a while trying to come up with a theory to post about it, when a small clue smacked me in the face literally ten minutes ago.
Allow me to present page #2460.

Now this is just rEaLLy LoOSe SpEcULaTiOn, but ‘hivemind’? Hivemind???
Next, to follow up on Crescent = Scavenger (possibly), many people have already been speculating how Scavengers are very similarly designed to TiTAN.
And so, I raise you, shoulder pads:
This theory was also spurred on by my original confusion with the TiTAN theories, which was the fact that she has horns. Granted, we’ve yet to see horns like her on any character, follower or not, but with the amount of diversity we were given in the TiTAN schools, it’s definitely note-worthy that none of the high ranked followers retained their unique ‘growths’ or markings. (Or hair colour for that matter, hair in general is made pretty uniform to be straight forward and kept mostly loose. With Crescent’s bizarre and fun hair-do, along with her sharp horns, I just think there has to be a lot more to it if she is to be a follower.)
Bonus stuff / Alternate smaller ideas

There are a heck of a lot of holes in this theory, trust me, I wanted to make sure I acknowledged that in this post. Her chest-plate also has the design of a TiTAN person, since the Scavengers have smoothed torso’s. The scavengers also are “pretty closed minded” too, given that their hair and extra features are nonexistent. I just thought it’d be fun to point out the hive reference, I guess.
Other theories that this could’ve flushed out include Crescent potentially being a rebel? We’ve heard that people can and do salvage and repurpose scavenger materials, and with a guy like TiTAN in existence it’d make sense to have rebels, so she could definitely be a part of that. And it could explain the chest-plate, since it’s plausible that if they’re getting scavenger materials they’re also getting TiTAN’s.
She’s definitely not the egg, nor is any character we’ll see before the timeskip, due to her horns being thin and up-angled unlike vengess horns. She still has to hold some kind of unique connection to Wrathia and the heart host.
(This theory by @memekasasha suggests that AngelicPurr is the Heart host and is some sort of royalty, since she is talking to Olai. If that is the case, which I find very plausible, then we might have found some clues to the link between her and Wrathia. Since they’re both royalty, maybe Crescent was at one point as well..?)
