Many moons in the future, after Crescentpaw had proven his worth and loyalty to Nightclan, he was granted a warrior naming ceremony as the clans first true graduated apprentice.
Crescentpaw earned the name “Crescentclaw”, a strong name for a strong warrior. Exactly what Nightclan wanted from him.
In celebration of this mark in their history, Crescentclaw was gifted stellers jay feathers, both to match Nightstar (whom was his other, unofficial mentor. Kestrelstrike being his main official mentor), and as a symbolic gift, representing Crescentclaws quick learning, impressive mimicry, and ingenuity. (Traits similar to that of the stellers jay bird.)
Speaking of the art itself, it took me 4 hours and I am one day late to post it (again)..whoops. I’ll have to draw two arts in one day sometime to catch up to my prompts ..
