CAROL DANVERS: UMBRELLA. SEND LETS RECEIVER UNDER THEIR UMBRELLA. rain treads lightly onto hannibal's shoulders as he steps from his bently, as if even the wet is afraid to touch the pristine, deep red suit he wears. the coat he adorns atop said suit would keep it out, well enough. with no reason to be afraid of the elements, a light drizzle kept hannibal from bringing his umbrella. it would only get tiresome to hold, and he liked to keep himself efficient at these crime scenes. the doctor is not surprised to have gotten the call - the chesepeake ripper strikes again, after two long years of silence ( and of terror ; no one knew if or when he would strike again, which pleased hannibal greatly ), and the bau has no choice but to make their home's in such brutal work. standing up straighter, he suddenly realizes the droplets are no longer falling upon his head and shoulders, and he glances up to see that an umbrella has shielded him from the light rain. curious eyes drop down to the woman who has so graciously protected him from the mist, familiar features meeting his own. 'good morning, agent danvers,' hannibal greets. his tone is not cheery ( it would be inappropriate, considering why they were meeting here ), but it sounds as if he's at least pleased to see her. 'it is good to see you. i only wish it were under different circumstances,' @warbyrds.
