There's purpose in the way that she approaches him. A gait that wafts predatory pursuit, and bleeds red with intent. The cat meeting the canary cornered. Yet her face is the likeness of marble, until she reaches him.

Fingertips first. A tentative touch smoothing into a palm that rides the expanse of his chest up, and against the silk of that dumb expensive tie he loves so much. Tobias Samuels... How did he find her? Why did he find her, and what did he want now? Ever the presser of her buttons. Ever the shadow at her back and mind.

So silken cloth winds meticulous: one, two, three, before digits coil themselves a nice taut grip. Surprise. The touch of her chuckle on his cheek is soft, clashing with the way she drags him in; and warm as the thrill that sets her nerves alight.

No one ever wanted to take a night shift in the morgue... it always got thrown onto Molly. She understood it, superstitious minds and too many zombie movies had rattled the staff at Barts. She just wasn’t afraid of corpses, even the most unsavory looking ones. It was her job, after all, her career. 

Arriving at eleven, she parked her car in the nearly abandoned parking lot and made her way to the door. She wasn’t entirely fearless, she still held her keys between each finger in case she needed to punch someone trying to mug her. Yet she walked casually to the brightly lit doors, sipping an extra large coffee.
