SpookyCharm is a road/terrain DR mash-up using @criquette-was-here’s Rural Charm set (with the road surface markings removed) and @dramallamadingdang’s Lush Default Terrain Replacement, with sincere thanks and credit to them both ♥

I’ve named the files similarly to RuralCharm files so the ones that replace criquette’s should hopefully be easy to tell. A lot of criquette’s set is optional so it’s up to you, but these are the files and folders from RuralCharm that I use with SpookyCharm: crqtt_RuralCharm_additionalRoadPieces folder ^ please remove crqtt_RuralCharm_additionalRoadTextures crqtt_RuralCharm_BasicRoadPiecesSet folder crqtt_RuralCharm_FloorTiles folder ^ Curb and Road1 can be removed crqtt_RuralCharm_StoneSidewalkPiecesSet folder ^ includes curved_ and narrow_pieces folders crqtt_RuralCharm_TarmacAsphaltSet folder crqtt_RuralCharm_UnifiedBridgesSet folder crqtt_RuralCharm_hoodRdTransprncyFix a ‘Better Nightlife’ mod is required ^ I use BetterNightlife_VoeilleSeawater_win_v1

I’m pretty sure shasta_SpookyCharm_RoadOverlay has its own GUIDs and shouldn’t conflict with other road overlays. It’s categorized under Miscellaneous > Vehicles. There’s also a matching recolor of the Nightlife driveway, and files are compressed but not merged. ts2 download

This set is designed to diversify your town centre, high street or commercial areas. To install, just place all the files into your ‘Downloads’ folder. You can choose any files or use them all just remember to keep ‘crqtt_ShopFacade_MATERIALS.package’ in the ‘Downloads’ folder even if you going to use only one.

In game, just place decorative shop facade over the front of the hood deco building or lot imposter to make it look like a built-in shop.

All the items appear under ‘Landmark’ and each deco has its own description which makes it easy to choose which shopfront you want to use.

NB: The set uses material definition colouring method, so it’s very economical in terms of game resources (whole set size is 1,7Mb) This method also gives you an easy recolouring option: just open (or clone) the shop facade you want to recolor in SimPE and choose ‘***-dairystop-crqtt-shoppaintmaterial_txmt’ material definition. Than hit ‘Categorized Properties’ and choose a colour you like in the drop-down menu of ’stdMatDiffCoef’. You can also enter RGB instance too.

This set uses its own materials so No Better Nightlife Mod or previously released CC is required. What’s inside:
