Ingredients: 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 425F 220C. Toss the carrot fries in a big bowl with sea salt, black pepper, dried oregano, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and olive oil until well coated. Arrange the seasoned carrot fries in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
