With a crispy outside and a fluffy inside, these Honey Butter Smashed Potatoes are a great mix of sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients: 6 medium potatoes. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup melted butter. Salt to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Boil the potatoes until they are soft, then drain them. Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Use a fork or masher to break up each potato on a baking sheet. Spread honey and melted butter on top of the mashed potatoes. Add salt to your liking. After the oven is hot, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Add chopped parsley as a garnish before serving.
