These Air Fryer BBQ ribs are tender, flavorful, and easy to make. The Air Fryer gives them a perfect crispy exterior while keeping the inside juicy and delicious. They're a fantastic option for a quick and tasty meal.
Ingredients: 1 rack of baby back ribs. 1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ rub. 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce. 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a knife under it and peeling it off. Rub the ribs with olive oil, then season them generously with the BBQ rub, salt, and pepper. Let them sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors. Preheat your Air Fryer to 350F 175C. Place the ribs in the Air Fryer basket, bone side down, and cook for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked to your desired level of doneness and have a nice caramelized glaze. Remove the ribs from the Air Fryer, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
