You can make these Easy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes quickly and easily. They are fluffy, cooked just right, and have crispy skins. They're great as a side dish or as a filling snack.
Ingredients: 4 medium-sized russet potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Optional toppings: sour cream, cheddar cheese, chives.
Instructions: Scrub the potatoes really well, and then use a paper towel to dry them off. Use a fork to make several holes in each potato so that steam can escape while it's cooking. Put the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl and mix them together. Cover all of the potatoes with the seasoned oil mixture by rubbing it on them. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. It's best to leave some space between the potatoes when you put them in the air fryer basket. After 35 to 40 minutes, flip the potatoes over halfway through the cooking time to make sure they brown evenly. When you poke them with a fork, they should be soft. Do not put the potatoes back in the air fryer right away. Let them cool for a while. Make a long cut in each potato and fluff the insides with a fork.
