Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes, thinly sliced. 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
Instructions: Preheat the air fryer to 375F 190C. In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes and zucchinis with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until coated. Place the coated veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crisp and golden brown.
