I was supposed to post this after the story, but I forgot :D

These are some bits that didn’t really show up clearly in the comic, but I spent time drawing them so I wanna show them anyway (´∀`)

First, the little message avatars on Baba Chops’ screen! I made a couple pic for CatNap and DogDay, just in case I ever need CatNap’s avatar (ㆁωㆁ)

Originally I thought about drawing a couple pic of Baba Chops and Simon Smoke, but Baba would never let her face appear on Simon’s wall. She really doesn’t like getting too much attention.

Then there’s Baba’s bed! The page on comic was kinda dark, so it’s easy to miss the background details. I don’t even know why I decided to draw her bed like that (⁠╹▽╹⁠)

And finally, the room designs Baba Chops’ room and the Nightmare Critters’ hangout! Both are still unfinished.

The Nightmare Critters’ room will show up in the next chapter. It’s actually inside Simon’s house. He gave a big room in his mansion to use as their base :D

In my AU, Baba Chops is the youngest of the Nightmare critters, so they sometimes treat her like a kid (she’s also the cutest in the group ( ˙꒳​˙ ))

Rabie Baby’s a tease, Maggie Mako never takes things seriously, and Poe’s the only one who actually cares about Baba’s mood. Rabie asked Poe to come along. Poe didn’t really like gossiping with Rabie, but they wanted to keep an eye on Baba and protect her from the other two.

Still, It’s obvious that Rabie wanted Poe there on purpose. You get what I mean, right?

Oh, and I edited the photo a bit, so the characters’ colors might look slightly different from the originals drawing on paper. I’ll fix that next time ( •̀ᄇ• ́)ﻭ✧

Hoppy and Kickin's designs have changed. That's because I like drawing Critters in different time periods. They can change their appearance like dyeing their fur, changing their hairstyle, ... In this art they study high school. In the previous art they study middle school.

I mentioned in a previous post that Simon and Baba’s story has two stages. the first one is when Simon flirts with Baba, though she only finds him annoying (人^з^)-☆(¬_¬). The second is when Baba starts to accept Simon’s feelings ⁄(⁄ ⁄•⁄-⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄

This comic shows their first step. I actually still love drawing the first stage more -v- but I wanted to make something for those who like this couple \(ϋ)/ I’ll draw phase 1 again later, so don’t be surprised uwu

Even though Baba’s opened up a little, it’ll still take them a long time to really get together. It took her so much time and courage (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑

I want to draw Simon as cold and distant. But when he’s with Baba, he turns into a total puppy >:))
