Anti-Crocodile Charm (Ancient Egyptian)
The Egyptian Book of the Dead suggests carrying the plant sweet inula to ward off crocodiles, both living ones and those that haunt the spirit realm.
Wear it in a charm bag to protect against actual visitations
Sleep with the herb in a dream pillow if unfriendly crocodiles are infesting your dreams
(from The Element Encyclopedia of 5,000 Spells by Judika Illes)

Some ‘Behind the Scenes’ shots from my recent Lacoste TVC shoot, taken by Catherine Losing!
And if you’re interested – – In order to make the crocodiles look like they’re skiing through the paper, I made 2 identically shaped paper mountain slopes for each scene – one with ski tracks and one without. We then shot the same animation twice (once using the mountain with ski tracks and once using the mountain without ski tracks) so that we could composite the two versions together in post, and magically giving the crocs trails in the snow as they ski!
why are crocodile babies so cute oh my god
The Saltwater Crocodile
The Saltwater Crocodile is the largest of all living reptiles, a formidable, oppurtunistic and adaptable predator, it is found in habitats from Northern Australia through Southeast Asia to the Eastern Coast of India. Saltwater Crocodiles will attack and kill people, however it is farmed for it's hide. The Saltwater Crocodiles head is very large, skull lengths larger than 75 cm or 30 inches have been confirmed.
The teeth are also long, with the largest being 9 cm in length.
Newly hatched Salties measure 25 to 30 cm long, and by their second year a young crocodile will have reached 1 metre.
Mature males can exceed 6 metres or, 20 ft and weigh more than 1,000 kgs, females 2.3 to 3.5 metres or 8-11 ft in length and weigh around 100-150 kgs.
Not picky eaters they will eat anything that is available to them, while juveniles eat mainly insects, amphibians, crustaceans, small reptiles and fish, adult animals can eat anything from monkeys, kangaroo, boar, dingos, snakes, turtles, goannas and other lizards, amphibians, water buffalo, and even sharks.
Naknaknaknak
Naknaknaknak. A phrase heard often from little weird crocodile things. But why do they say this? Where did they come from? Well....
So the crocodiles were originally citizens of Can Town and the mayor was like their boss and then some black magics bull turned them into crocodiles and and and made it so the only thing they could say was their originally occupation name thing backwards and so they yell NAKNAKNAKNAK all the time trying to get people to understand and and and omg yes.
