I'll be doing a pattern tester call in about a month or so! I'm putting this information out there now so that people who are interested can gather supplies.
I will be needing testing for a cardigan that ranges from size small to 4-5xl. The estimated yarn yardage will range from 1000yds to 1800yds and it would be worsted weight yarn. You would also need a J (6mm) hook or hook to obtain gauge.
Knowledge of the following stitches will be needed: single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, slip stitch, half double crochet, and chain. The pattern will be worked in panels for the body of the cardigan and the sleeves are done in the round. There will be some sewing to put the pieces together but doing a crocheted join would also be acceptable.
What I am looking for in testers are people of all shapes and sizes who feel they can pull this off! The ability to take pictures modelling the cardigan is a plus! There will be about 6 weeks of time allocated for testing and I'd need feedback by August 18th. I'm aiming to have the pattern ready to go for testing on July 1st.
