This Easy Crockpot Taco Soup is a cheap and easy meal that's great for busy days. It's a hearty dish that the whole family will love. It's made with simple ingredients that taste great.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, chopped. 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, undrained. 1 can 15 oz black beans, undrained. 1 can 15 oz corn, undrained. 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes, undrained. 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 packet ranch dressing mix. 2 cups beef broth.
Instructions: Fry ground beef and chopped onion in a pan until the beef is fully cooked. Then, drain the beef. Put the beef and onion that have been cooked into the slow cooker. Don't forget to add the beef broth. You can also add diced tomatoes, green chilies, corn, kidney beans, black beans, ranch dressing mix, and diced tomatoes. Mix everything together until it's well blended. Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours. You can top it with shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocado, or crushed tortilla chips and serve it hot.
