Hi Love!! I love reading your imagines they are so good. I was wondering if you could write an imagine where the reader and Parker are dating and he wants to have a baby, but she(reader) tells Parker that she can't have a baby for whatever reason. And then maybe some miracle happens and she does get pregnant and they have a cute baby girl.
[[ This is a very cute idea and I hope to make up for the sad beginning :) <3 ]]
You had been dreading the appointment but still, with the effort of your boyfriend and friends, they kept you from talking yourself out of it. You knew it was going to just be the same as always and expected nothing less than a ‘no’. It was always going to be that.
~Flashback~
"I’m sorry miss, but it would be a miracle if you were able to have a child since the cysts are growing in size. We can do the surgery but it’s risky and could damage those chances even more."
You broke down right there and didn’t care who saw. After gaining your composure, he gives you the run down and sets up a date for the surgery before you leave. The minute you shut the door to the car, you sigh and call your mom before anyone else.
"Hey sweetheart, how did it go?" your mom says. "I’ve gotta go in for surgery. They can remove the cysts but my chances of ever having kids are slim to none." You sniffle before leaning against the steering wheel with tears falling, "Momma this isn’t fair." "Sweetheart just keep your chin up. Maybe the surgery will go good and you still can." "The surgery is set for next week. I gotta take off from work and ugh..this isn’t right." "Just calm down and breathe." "Mom you aren’t really helping me right now." You say with a sigh. "Parker’s calling, I’ll talk to you later." "Okay. Love you sweetie."
You switch over to his call and sighs.
"Hey baby, you still at the doctors? How did it go?" "Hey, yeah can we talk when I get home?" You say with a light laugh, "I just really wanna see you right now." "Come on home to me then. I want to talk to you too."
Sighing, you hang up the phone before you could answer and just drive off from the doctors office. Parker sits in confusion before going to sit outside and waiting for you. A few minutes later you pull up in the drive and shut off the car before getting out. You check your face a bit before walking over to him. He meets you halfway and picks you up by surprise and gets you to smile a bit as he carries you into the house. He always had his ways of making you forget about being sad. He sits down with you on the couch.
"You first babe." You say while brushing your fingers softly along his face. "I mean you don’t have to answer now but…have you ever thought about having a baby?" He says while kissing your cheek. "All the time." You manage to whisper while trying not to start crying. "Why not huh? A little one to look after-
You get up from his lap and head straight for the bedroom with the slamming of a door. You hated how fate was dealing the cards to you and you felt so weak. You slide into the floor against the bed and cry. You had wanted to tell him yes but everything was against you right now. He walks into the bedroom and sees you, going over and sitting beside you.
"What happened at the doctors?" He whispers. "I didn’t mean to make you upset." "It’s not your fault, Parker. This is the fate I was dealt." You look at him with watery eyes. "I have to go for surgery next week. They want to remove cysts from my ovaries because they may damage my chances of ever having kids. There’s a huge risk doing the surgery but it might help those chances." "Shit. Oh god, I feel like the worst person-"No no you didn’t know baby. Shhh you aren’t." You lean over and hold him, "Shhh please don’t beat yourself up. Right now let’s just worry about the surgery next week okay?" "I’m sorry." His eyes water while looking at you. "I …
He embraces you as you hold him and both of you just talk until the other stops crying.
The week passes and you take a big breath as Parker is driving you up to the hospital. Every step of the way inside, he’s right there with you and when you are wheeled off to pre-op, he practically doesn’t sit down for the next three hours. He goes over the possibilities in his head and when nothing is heard yet, he finally caves and sits down, breaking down in his own way until the doctor finally walks up.
"Mr Croft? Miss (your_name) is asking for you, she’s in her room now." He smiles a bit, "Everything went fine. More than fine actually. We were able to remove them all without complications." "Will she ever be able to…have a baby?" "It’s too soon to tell but in three months time, we’ll do a check up to see if they come back. If they don’t, then yes she will be able to conceive."
Parker follows him down to your room and leads him in before leaving. Slowly he walks over and sees you laying there with a slight painful smile. He sits down and takes your hand to which you look over at him.
"How was it?" You ask. "The doctor said it went fine." He smiles, despite tearing up, "In three months they will do a check up and you will know if you can or not. There was no complications. There’s hope." you couldn’t do anything but cry.
~end flashback~
The agonizing walk to the exam room was the worst you had felt even compared to having a simple illness. You get your vitals and such done before sitting there to wait for the test results from your blood work. Thirty minutes pass, then an hour and you feel like sitting on pins and needles until the doctor finally walks in.
"Yes."
You ask him over and over and it’s just the answer of yes every time. You almost want to hug your doctor but refrain until he sends you on your way with a clean bill of health. You leave the doctors and don’t even stop until you get home. You run up the steps and open the door, seeing Parker and go over to him and kiss him like you haven’t in months.
"Whoa whoa…calm down now. What did- Did he say yes?" "Yes."
He picks you up and heads back into the bedroom to make up for lost time.
Nine months later, you are questioning if this was worth the pain now as you are in labor by the time Parker gets you into the hospital. A few short hours later you are back in a private room with Parker and sitting up with a pink bundle in your arms.
"She’s so precious." He says while leaning over. "Looking like her momma." "Nuh uh, she’s got her daddy’s nose and hair and smile." The little baby yawns and stretches her arm out. "And she’s got her daddy’s big mouth." "Hey now, take it easy on me. That’s your big mouth." He wraps an arm around you while kissing your head. "What are we going to name her?" "Hmm Cassandra or maybe Angel?" "What about Cassandra Grace?" He says with a smile. "Oh that’s pretty." Looking down at her, you see her smile a bit, "I think she likes the tone of your voice." "Then that’s her name. Cassandra Grace Croft."
You lean over into him as you enjoy the beginning of a new chapter in your life with him and Cassie.
Can you make a Parker imagine where you're his girlfriend but you're really very painfully shy so he gets really protective over you and when he introduces you to new people you just kind of hide behind him
[[ Oh I think I can find this slightly easy to relate to actually. So I hope you enjoy this one :) WOW okay I’ve done it again I took this one beyond. Hope you guys enjoy it anyways! ]]
"Sweetie?" He says in his calm voice while circling around the corner to where you are in the kitchen. "Robbie and Dylan are over for a visit, do you want to come say hi?" "…." You slowly turn and look at him, "M-Maybe." You speak quietly which he takes as a bit of a warning that you may not talk much. "I’ll be right there beside you." He walks over and hugs you close, the only time you feel relaxed is in his arms. "I promise. They won’t hurt you or else I’d have to kick their butts out." You make a slight hum which makes him look down to see you smiling a bit. "There’s my girl smiling. Ready to be brave?" "I-I’ll try."
With a reassuring grip of your hand, he leads you from the comfort of the kitchen and into the front lounge. You stand behind him slightly as the two boys stand up to come over and say hi.
"Not too close." Parker warns as they stop a little ways away. "(your_name) isn’t that great with strangers." "Oh." Dylan says before smiling, "Well hi (your_name) it’s nice to meet you finally. Parker always talked about you on set." "Yeah the poor boy spent as much time worrying about you as he did acting." Robbie says with a chuckle. You slip behind him and sigh. "Sorry. That was rude of me, my peter pan must be showing." "You guys go sit down, and behave." Parker turns around and leads you back to the kitchen. "I’m sorry." You tear up before running up the stairs and into the bedroom, shutting the door behind you.
Parker stands next to the stairs and sighs while rubbing his face before going back into the lounge and crossing his arms.
"You guys have to be gentle with her. Okay she’s not that great with talking to people because of a lot happening to her." He sighs while sitting down. "I know it’s just a lot of excitement for her to handle." "I didn’t mean to say how I did. I was just hoping to make her feel at ease and laugh." Robbie says with a guilt ridden expression. "Maybe if you two come around a bit often, she’ll get used to you. Otherwise you gotta be easy with her."
You open the door and look down the stairs to see it empty. Slowly you walk out and sit down at the top of the stairs hearing the boys talk.
"What happened to her?" Robbie asks. "I can’t tell you exactly but all I’m going to say is people got her mind so twisted into believing she wasn’t good enough to speak, was just a freak and had no voice at all that she believes it. Every time I hold her, I just wish I could untwist her mind and let her see how beautiful she is but it’s not that easy." Parker looks over, "Years and years of damage will take a lifetime to heal. I don’t care to take that long with her. It’s wrong for someone to be so used to hating themselves and feeling inferior that they can’t even speak." "If we can help too, we will try." Dylan says with a nod.
You sit there with watery eyes before closing your eyes and letting the tears fall. You slowly wipe your face before slowly standing up and walking slowly, step by step, down to the end before turning and looking in at the boys. You raise your hand hesitantly but wave to them. They stare a bit before giving you a wave back while Parker leans up to see you. He gets up and walks over to you, knowing how much that took for you to do that. He softly presses kisses to your forehead.
"I’m proud of you." He says while keeping you close. You smile at him when he lets you go. "Hungry?" You say softly while gesturing to them and him. "I think we were going to go get something if that’s okay." He says to which you nod a bit in relief. "Thought so." He smiles. "I’ll bring you something back okay?" "Okay." "Pizza and fries?" He tilts your head up a bit. "Yeah." You smile while hugging him again. "Thank you." He hugs you close while rubbing your back a bit. "For what?" You question him. "The hugs. I always enjoy them when you are hugging me." He bops you on the nose. You blush while covering your face but gently he tries to pull your hands away. You let him like always and look at him as he holds your hand away. He bumps his nose against yours to which you softly make a giggling noise that makes him gasp softly.
"Look at you being bold today and smiling." He sighs happily. "Okay we’re gonna go get food and I might bring you back a milkshake." You nod at him in excitement. "Okay okay. I’ll be back."
You press a kiss to his cheek before going to the kitchen. Parker sighs, knowing these days are far and few when you get your courage. He slips his shoes on and goes out the door with Robbie and Dylan.
At the restaurant, Robbie and Dylan enjoy their food while Parker waits on his to-go order.
"Have you tried getting her some help and I don’t mean that in a "I think she’s crazy" way. I mean real help so she can not be so shy. It’s like she’s frightened." Robbie says. "We tried that route. It didn’t go so well actually. The therapist told her she was crazy and thus ended that session rather quickly." Parker sighs. "You know I’ve heard this trick with like maybe a dog or something to help her." Dylan says with a nod. "Maybe a little puppy she can take care of might be the simpliest thing to help her." "You know that’s a good idea to attempt. I want her to be not so scared of things and to feel free and know I’m there even if she wants to venture a bit on her own. She longs to see other places and things, i want to make it happen for her."
After a little while, Parker returns and amongst saying farewell, he hears a soft cry. He runs in the house and shuts the door, taking the food to the kitchen. He sees you in the middle of a broken glass and sniffling as you attempt to sweep it up. Slowly helping you, he takes the broom from you before seeing a trickle of blood from your foot. He picks you up and sets you on the counter with a towel under your foot. He gets the mess cleaned up and goes to tend to you. You whimper softly as he pulls the shard of glass from your foot.
"There, it’s gone." Parker says while cleaning it up with the first aid kit and bandaging you up. "Everything okay?" The boys say while standing at the edge of the kitchen. "Yeah, just dropped a glass on accident and got a bit of a hurt on her foot." Parker turns and nods. "Just wanted to make sure she was okay. We can’t have an honorary lost girl hurt can we?" Robbie says while Dylan nods in agreement. "Did you hear that?" Parker says with a smile. "You’re an honorary lost girl." "Thank you." You say softly while clinging onto Parker. "You’re very welcome, (your_name). We’ll come by and visit again." Robbie says.
The boys wave goodbye while Parker lifts you gently from the counter and over to a chair to sit you down. He scoots over another and props your foot up.
"There. Now how about some pizza huh?" "P-Parker." You say while looking up at him. "C-Can we go like to the mall tomorrow?" You look away almost ashamed for even asking. "Baby, are you sure you want to do that much?" He sits next to you while holding your hand. "If you want to go to the mall, I’m taking you to the mall." "I do. I want to try. I can’t hide forever." "Alright. How about I invite Robbie and Dylan too? That way you got a whole army of Lost boys to protect you." He says to which you slowly nod and somewhat smile. "I’ll text them in a bit. Right now you need to eat miss." "Yes sir." You say with a coy pout. He leans over and kisses the pout away to which you return softly.
~*~
The next day was a big one for you and you were so excited but really nervous. You got dressed in your favorite jeans and a long sleeve shirt despite it being rather warm outside. Though after walking outside and convincing from Parker, you go back inside and he picks out a cute purple shirt for you. You pull it on and blush as he tells you how pretty you look. Slowly, you go back to the car with him and smile at the feeling of the sun on your skin. He waits for you to get buckled in before backing out and driving to the mall.
With a big breath, you lean against the window and look out at the big building and smile triumphantly for getting this far. He finds a place to park and shuts off the car while you two sit there.
"Robbie and Dylan are waiting for us at Starbucks. Are you ready?" He holds out his hand to you. "Ready." You take his hand softly to which he gets out and helps you over his seat which makes you laugh. "Good lets go."
He keeps you close the whole way inside the mall and all the hustle and bustle makes you keep tight to him but enough away he can walk still. He leads to the Starbucks inside Barnes and Noble where Robbie and Dylan are waiting. You smile a bit when seeing them but hide behind him as he greets them.
"Where does the Lost Princess want to go first?" Robbie asks which makes you blush. "Awww. Did that make you happy?" Parker asks and you nod at him. "You want to go look at books?" "Music." You say softly. "Then lets go look." Dylan says with a smile.
The group of you all linger through over to the music and a slight ease fills you as you are looking at your favorite bands. You look down and let go of Parker’s hand before reaching out for a CD. You pick it up and smile while reading the back of it. Slowly though you put it back to pick up another. Parker watches you carefully but smiles at you. You look over at him with a smile.
"Do you want that one?" He ask and suddenly you shake your head while putting it back. "Sweetie, it’s okay. I want to spoil you for your first mall trip." "Already have it." You look up at him to which he just pokes your cheek. "Silly girl." You blush at his comment. "Hey (your_name)" You turn and see Robbie. "Do you like this band?" He holds up an Artic monkey’s CD. You shrug at him a bit. "Would you give em a listen for ole Peter Pan?" "Maybe." "I’ll let you listen to em first before getting a CD." He smiles. You feel at ease and nod at him.
After finishing up with the music, Parker takes you over to the movies and TV where you successfully get a season of Supernatural as well as a couple of Disney movies. He goes to pay for it while you wait anxiously with Robbie and Dylan by the door. Parker hurries back over to you and you latch to his arm once more. Now comes the big part, heading into the more crowded parts of the mall with lots of new people. Still, you wanted to go to Hot Topic where Parker said the Nightmare before Christmas stuff was. When you get to it, you gaze in amazement while standing behind him. He leads you inside and a sudden welcoming feeling hits you.
"Now you can go and look because you can’t get lost in this -"
You were gone before he could even finish his sentence. All the fandom tees you could see for miles and a sigh leaves you as you stare up. Parker chuckles as he slips up behind you.
"Which ones do you want?" "Can I help you guys with anything today?" The worker says with a smile to which you kind of tuck between Parker and the boys. "Uh no thanks, we’re just looking." Parker says a bit alarmed. "If you need any bigger shirts, just-"What is that supposed to mean?" Parker says. "Well in case your I guess sister wants one?" "That’s my girlfriend." Parker says with a very ticked off tone. You sniffle while burying your face into his back. "And no, we don’t need bigger shirts but thanks for making her feel just wonderful. Come on."
Parker turns and holds you close as the four of you leave. You stop him and turn back, going right back into hot topic. Parker stops and looks back almost afraid as the three guys go after you. You grab a supernatural shirt, a jack skellington shirt, along with a few other things and just look at Parker with a smile. He walks over to you with a shake of his head.
"Are you sure you found everything?" She says in a snotty tone. "I’m very sure my girlfriend found what she wants." He says while smiling and paying. "That’ll be 34.50 then." She huffs. "Leave your attitude at the door next time." You mumble. Robbie and Dylan look at you in shock. "What did she say?" "Nothing ma’am." He swipes his card with a smile. "Can we have our stuff now?"
She tosses the bag to him to which you get angry but take the bag from him and walks out with your stuff. You find a bench and sit as to calm yourself down. You feel eyes on you and cover your face until Parker gently moves your hands. "Boo." He says with a smile. "Rude." You say with a pout. "She was rude to you." "She was even more rude to you." He says sternly. "Where are we going next?" "Hmmm well are you hungry yet?" You shake your head at him. "You aren’t just saying that are you?" Again you shake your head. "Hmm""What about the arcade?" Dylan suggests. "Ah she does love her video games." Parker says while looking at you. "Games?"
The three of them lead you down to the food court but not without stopping at Game Stop for a couple of video games you wanted before they take you to the arcade. You slowly warm up to the games and smile when you defeat Robbie on the skeeball slides. After a couple hours of playing, you slip right back up beside Parker and bury your face into his arm.
"Tired sweetie?" You nod at him with a sigh. "Let’s go change in our tickets to see what we won yeah?" Parker pokes your nose to make you smile and nod. "Here." Robbie and Dylan hand over their winnings. "It’s the least we could do since we came along to hang out." "You don’t have to." You say while looking up with water eyes. "Really?" "Yeah, since I couldn’t convince you with Arctic Monkey’s." Robbie says with a smile. "Oh please we didn’t mean to make you upset." He frowns a bit. "Happy tears." You say softly. "Thank you very much Robbie and Dylan."
Parker takes you over to pick out a top prize with all the tickets combined and you end up getting a new iPod. The four of you go to get food and afterwards, Parker takes you home after the long day at the mall. You look at all your goodies from shopping, saving the iPod for last. As Parker pulls in the garage and shuts off the car, you bag your things up while feeling at ease to be home.
"Thank you Parker." You say while leaning over to kiss his cheek. "Don’t thank me. I’m proud of you because you were so brave today." He wraps his arms around you. "I was so afraid for you when you went back to that store. And you speaking up like you did? You really surprised me today." "I did it for you Parker. I wanted to show I’m not afraid anymore." "I know you aren’t but I know you aren’t exactly one hundred percent yet. That’s okay because I am never gonna let another person hurt you. They’ll have a hard time getting through me. And I got you a surprise waiting in the house so just be warned okay."
You both get out and you go around to him with a questioning expression as he unlocks the door and pulls you inside. You hear a soft barking from upstairs and your eyes grow in size.
"A puppy?" You say while looking around. "I’ll go get him." He smiles while taking your bags upstairs as you take the food to the kitchen. "A puppy." You say while looking fidgeting with your shirt. He walks downstairs holding a solid white fluffy Samoyed pup. You gasp softly while looking at him. "He’s so fluffy! and white…like Zero." "Well on the papers I did call him Zero." Parker smiles while holding him out. You bite your lip a bit while taking the puppy into your arms. He wiggles in your arms a bit before licking your face. "Awe he likes you." "Zero." You smile while taking the puppy towards the back door and going outside into the fenced in backyard. He bolts from the porch and goes behind a bush to potty before running right back over to you. You giggle a bit while picking him up. "That’s why I thought you were wiggling."
You walk back in to see Parker smiling and you blush before walking into the front lounge with Zero. You rest on the couch and lay him in your lap. Parker walks in with your food a little bit later only to see you half asleep with Zero snoozing next to your feet. He goes over and kisses your head to which you wake up.
"Snuggles now, food later?" You nod at him to which he goes to put the food up before coming back in to join you on the couch for sleepy snuggles.
[[ So yeah this is what I started about a month ago. I hope you guys enjoy it :) hope it's not too soon for civil war fanfics before Field of Lost Shoes comes out XD ]]
On a trip into the town of Atlanta in the summer of 1839, Twenty five year old Jack met a young beauty by the name of Angelica Teach who was a maid in the governor’s household. The courting set in motion a timeless bond for the two and by fall of the same year, they were to be married. The news of this spread like wildfire and it was the biggest wedding that year in Atlanta. The following April, the happiest news was given to Jack as he was told he was going to be a father. On January 30th, 1841, the Sparrows were blessed with a baby girl. Her name was Katherine Scarlett Sparrow and she was dearly loved by her parents but they had both agreed to not burden her with being an only child. Just shy of a week to her first birthday, January 21st 1842, she was given a younger sister whom they named Gabrielle Angelic Sparrow. As the years pass on, they are well looked after by all of their nannies as well as housemaids and even the people who work in the fields would keep a good eye on the girls when they were old enough to run amuck. They were given the best education by tutors and such at their home and both girls were taught well by their mother to be a lady in the best possible way.
With the girls both in their teens, Gabrielle just hitting thirteen, they were introduced to barbeques and parties of all sorts but not the balls just yet. Their father, as he was a General, was in charge of recruiting soldiers for the army as things were brewing up and despite the peace kept thus far, the fear of war hung over the divided country’s citizens. Still, in the south, they kept to their ways but they were doing some heavy recruiting for their military services. They kept to their father’s side more often than they probably should have but he did not mind the company as he was recruiting the men little by little. Though he grew wary of them both as they aged, he was never less than proud of them both.
In 1858, the girls are now sixteen and seventeen, and their parents know it’s only a matter of time before a boy comes courting for them. They were the most beautiful girls in all of Atlanta some say. Katherine with her dark locks much like her mother’s own in long curls that seem so uncommon, whereas her sister has hair more like her father’s, bright red curls sprout from her head. Skin was always fair no matter how long they were in the sunlight of day and always whenever they were out and about, their dresses were always the gossip of the ladies in town. However, the girls were somewhat dreamers, which was very uncommon then, and they spent more time with their nose in a book than out at a party. That is until they receive word of the recruitments coming to the house but oh how the girls were grieving in such a time as this. Just a few days prior, when their mother gave birth to a baby boy, she was not strength enough for it and passed into the afterlife. Katherine saw fit to look after their baby brother as she was now the eldest girl in the family. Gabrielle, on the other hand, was taking it so hard to losing her mother. The girls were both close to her but she was definitely the closest whereas Katherine was closer to her father.
The morning of the recruitment approval, the girls enjoy a light breakfast seeing as there would be a delicious afternoon lunch for all the cadets and soldiers coming later. After the breakfast trays were taken away, the girls were dressed. The two maids that look after the girls much like their own, Marie and Ellen, get them all set up in their corset and undergarments before helping with the dress. Gabrielle chose a dress of grieving stature that belonged to their mother; it was of the finest black silk with a black underskirt that hoops out into a beautiful dress with puff sleeves. Marie places a necklace on her and fixes her strings of curls along the simple neckline.
“Thank you Marie! Is my parasol around here or did I leave it downstairs again?” Gabrielle says with her innocent southern accent.
“It be downstairs ma’am, just where you left it in the library.” Marie says with a smile, “Now go on and get yourself down there before your paw comes fussing.”
Katherine, on the other hand, was a bit more difficult when it came to choosing what to wear each day. Today, she chose one of her dress that was given to her by mother just before she had gone. It almost mirrors in style of her sister’s dress, but with color. Stepping into the dress, she stands there as Ellen pulls the red silken gown with a white underskirt around her. Ellen goes about lacing up the back of the dress before Katherine leans over to seize her big white hat with a red ribbon that ties around her chin. She fixes the bow just right and looks in the mirror for a moment before opting out of the hat and going with her red parasol. She wastes no time pulling her shoes on before she heard hoots and hollering of the soldiers outside. Dashing over to the window and pulling back a curtain, she looks out on the entire front yard that extends a good half-mile with their grand gates opened up at the end of the walkway.
~*~
Amongst these new recruits were two best friends of a long time; Parker Jefferson, the great-great nephew of indeed President Jefferson himself and his cousin Robert Jefferson, both whom reside on a plantation just to the east of Atlanta. The boys were taught at the same institute as their general and had only heard of him. Today would be their first official meeting with him and it was already shaking their nerves as they stepped off their carriage at the front gates. The boys stare at the house in wonder as they take in every detail. Through-out the yard, it was spacious with a couple of big oak trees leading up to the landscape around the house of flowers and such. From the front of the two-story mansion house, grand staircases curve around and down to the ground from the top porch. The columns of the finest white to go with the rest of the house made it almost shine like a pearl. They lived in grandeur but even this was all the more humbling to them. They walk over to meet with their friends who had joined the voluntary recruitment.
“I daresay the rumors are true. This has to be the whitest house I’ve ever seen.” one of the boys who goes by the name of Samuel Rogers says.
“You’re yanking a willow limb if you say that’s the rumor. More like the prettiest girls in all of Georgia reside there in that house, General Sparrows’ daughters.” Dean, one of the older boys and brother to Samuel, says this with a grin a mile wide.
“Boys, this is the General we are talking about. We have to be on our best behavior. No shenanigans of any kind.” Parker says while holding himself up with pride as he walks ahead of them before they all break into laughter as they stroll up the long walkway.
Perhaps they were right to be well behaved because as the boys approach the house, the General is standing at the bottom of the steps. All of their faces turn quite serious once they close in on the rest of the boys waiting to see if they are good and worthy enough to serve their general. However, everyone grows silent as the door opens atop the house and Katherine steps out in her dress, walking down one side of the stairs. The boys ooh to themselves as to not upset the General but Parker seemingly cannot take his eyes off of her. He takes in every ounce of her being from the locks dancing below the red parasol, her gleaming blue eyes, the silken fabric that lay over her made her shine like a ruby and he admires it all for himself.
“Daddy, is sister coming out for the recruitment check or are you doing it like last time with one by one in the library?” Her sweet accent nearly sweeps Parker from all thought of anything as he moves away from his friends and closer to the front of the line-up.
“Darling, she is in the library as usual. I left her there only a moment ago but I believe we will do it just like last time of course. You and your sister are going to make sure everyone is looked after. The other generals and commanding officers should be here…” He looks up and makes a pleased sound, “Ah right on time. Gentlemen, fall in and my daughter will lead you to the awaiting library for all of our business to be sought out there.” He turns and holds out his hand, “Katherine, if you please.”
“Yes daddy.” She curtsies with a smile before her eyes land on the boy who’s been staring at her.
She turns with a gesture towards him as she heads back towards the front door with the men falling in behind her. Parker can’t help but smile as she glanced at him just moments ago but his thoughts get the best of him as he trips on the step and quickly recovers before walking inside with a look of embarrassment. Katherine quickens her pace before going into the library to see her sister with her nose deep in an adventure. With a soft clearing of her throat, Gabrielle looks up.
“Oh are they here already?” Gabrielle says as she closes the book and stands up with her posture proper.
“Yes sister, it appears you will have to take your adventure to your room if you so wish to continue.” Katherine says as she directs the men around to the seats.
“It can wait until before bed later.” She says with an eager smile as she moves over to let her sister sit.
The last two in line pace themselves to their seat. Not only did Parker find himself in awe of the elder daughter but his cousin Robert had lost his words when he saw the younger one with her book in hand. He swears he had never seen a head full of red hair like hers anywhere else. Her eyes captivated his soul right on the spot as he was glad to have gotten a front seat next to his cousin for the entire recruitment process. Gabrielle spots the soldier with the swanky eyebrows and charming smile that does anything but good for her heart. She lays a hand over her chest as she could have sworn it skipped beats just then. Katherine nudges her sister as she stares at the soldiers before they both look to their father and the other officers walking into the library.
“Well gentlemen, I trust you have not been kept waiting too long. We shall get through this rather swiftly so you can join the ladies that are in the back yard for lunch as well as games and dancing.” He turns towards his girls, “I know how much you two would love to stay but I needn’t have a distraction for the gentlemen in front as to concentrate on the matter at hand.” The two boys turn scarlet as lower their heads.
The girls stifle a giggle as they both get up from their seats, kissing their father goodbye as they move through the library doors. As Katherine turns, she smiles at one last glance to the boy with the golden curls. The girls giggle amongst themselves as they are led outside to where the rest of the families of the commanding officers are as well as the other girls who are around the daughter’s age, younger and older.
“Well well, the Sparrow daughters have finally arrived on such a notice. It’s always a pleasure to see you two.” The older couple was indeed the Wilkes family that deemed as neighbors despite being a mile or so up the road.
“Mister and Mrs. Wilkes, it is always a pleasure to have you and your lovely family over for our barbeques. As you know, daddy is busy recruiting more soldiers for his regiment but no doubt he will be out here when all is done.” Gabrielle says with an eager smile despite all the stares and mumbles from the girls around them.
“Please enjoy the party.” Katherine says while giving a sweet curtsey before her and her sister makes their way through the crowds.
The girls greet their guests before checking on the progress of the big barbeque while on their way to secure their favorite spot underneath the big oak tree. Attached to its branches was a big swing for them to enjoy in the light summer breeze.
“Oh sister, I must tell you something as long as you promise to keep it a secret.” Gabrielle says as she sits upon the wooden swing.
“As long as you promise to keep a secret for me because I have something to tell you afterwards.” Katherine says with such eagerness.
“That boy who let his eyes linger on me for a while sister, he was so handsome and right fit. If only I knew his name. The way his eyebrows were so high and the hair was long and curled like locks of dark syrup, his eyes so unusual and gorgeous.” Gabrielle says while twirling her little parasol with a smile.
“I knew you speaking of that boy who sat there next to the boy with honey locks of hair, beautiful blue eyes and that beautiful smile, oh sister he made my heart skip beats.”
“Yours did it too? Sister, what could this mean?” Gabrielle looks at her sister in astonishment.
“I guess we’ll find out won’t we?”
The girls get up from their covert conversation to go and mingle with the rest of the girls apart from the few tucked away and talking envy of the girls. Just an hour into the party and all the soldiers emerge which sends the girls into an uproar along with their families. However, two of them are missing as well as the girls’ father.
Inside the library, the two boys were still awaiting their judgment for the recruitment. They sat anxiously in their seat as Jack stares at them pretty intently.
“Mister Robert Jefferson, could you kindly come over here?” General Sparrow says in a stern tone. Robbie looks at Parker for a moment before getting up and going over to stand in front of their table. “Robert, yes?”
“Yes sir.” He gulps softly while resting his arms at his side.
“Well, I couldn’t help but notice your excellent marks from the institute as well as your eyes wandering on my daughter, Gabrielle.” He looks up with a serious but relaxed smile.
“I meant no disrespect, sir. It’s not very often to see a gem such as….you say her name is Gabrielle?” Robbie smiles but then goes serious, “She’s right beautiful sir.”
“And Mister Parker Jefferson, could you come up here as well.” Parker wasted no time as he stood next to Robbie with his arms at his side. “You two are the most astounding men I’ve seen of the recruitments today. Though all the recruits are fit for my regiment, you two seem the best and I hope to see it on the battlefield as well as in the company of my daughters. Though, it would be best to approach with ease. They are a little high spirited but recently lost their mother so they haven’t been too high.”
“Yes sir.” The boys salute as the General salutes them.
The three soon venture from the library and out into the back gardens where the party is in full swing, with the band playing a merry tune for the girls and soldiers to dance to as well. Jack looks around for his daughters and spots them sitting to the side while watching the others dance.
“Girls!” He calls to them and waves them up to the back porch. The girls eagerly sweep with their dresses up the stairs and smile as they both hug either side of him.
“Daddy, you have a fine new set of soldiers don’t you?” Gabrielle says with a giggle.
“Everyone should fear you if a war is to ever come around here.” Katherine says while looking out onto the crowd.
“Oh my girls.” He rests his arms around him with a smile, “Have you had a chance to dance yet?”
“I was going to but ole Scarlet Hamilton couldn’t help but pull the boy away. Her and her sister Melanie did it to Gabrielle and me.” Katherine says while turning away in a huff.
“Well then glad I brought out these two other boys who could use dance partners.” Jack says while stepping out of the way of the two boys who entranced the sisters just earlier.
“Oh, how...Unexpected.” Katherine says with a turn of her parasol and a light, shy smile. Gabrielle stood completely speechless as she stares at the boy standing before her.
Jack smiles as he excuses himself to go and talk with the other officers of rank as well as good friends.
“Miss Gabrielle, I would like to ask you for a dance if it would be alright.” Robbie says with a smile.
“A gentleman would at least tell a lady his name first.” She says in a flirty tone while turning around and walking with her parasol twirling lightly.
“R-R-Robert Jefferson ma’am!” He treads lightly after her, “the other boy is my cousin and we reside on the Jefferson plantation just on the other side of Atlanta.”
“No, you cannot be? I’ve heard many a good things about your family, Robert.” Gabrielle says with a playful smile. “Sister and I were never allowed to visit anyone else until we were of age and now we hear so many fascinating things.”
“Well I can’t imagine what it must be like to see through your beautiful eyes, Miss Gabrielle.” He says as he lays on the Robbie charms. “IF you do not mind me saying that about your eyes.”
“I’ve…never been complimented on my eyes before even if the guys are attentive to us today.” Gabrielle looks at him with a bit of blush creeping on her cheeks. “To answer you before, I would be delighted to have a dance with you.”
The two youngest set off for the makeshift dance floor with the people while the other two steal away from the crowd towards her favorite seat under the tree. Parker holds the swing as to allow her to take a seat before he occupies the spot next to her.
“So, Miss Katherine right? I’ve heard your name spoke by friends but your dad was completely mum on it.” He looks at her with a confident smile.
“Indeed, sir that is what my mother picked for me.” She says with a twirl of her parasol and leans her head back on the back of the swing to look up at the sky. “You’re Parker Jefferson aren’t you?”
“You have heard of me?” He looks a bit surprised.
“Well I’ve heard the name mentioned a few times by daddy but you look like a Jefferson though.” She turns her head to look over at him.
“Well I did catch you peeking at me.” He looks at her with a half grin
“Oh you have no evidence of the matter.” She looks away while opening the little fan in her hand and fanning at her face as it turns a rosy red.
“Well if we were to judge by the color of your cheeks miss.” He picks up her hand softly and like a gentleman places a kiss to it, “I’d say that’s evidence enough for a dance perhaps?”
Katherine couldn’t deny the skips of her heart, the blush on her cheeks or the smile that hadn’t left her face since she first laid her eyes on him. Accepting, he stands before her and offers a hand to help her from the swing until it swings back and knocks her into his arms. Awkwardly, she pulls back and smoothes her dress. He smiles and holds out his arm for her as they head back to ready for the ball.
The hours drift on and soon dusk is dipping down just in time for the night of dancing. Katherine and her sister along with the other girls are soon shown inside to change into their more delightful evening dresses. Gabrielle gets changed into a blue dress with a black petticoat of underskirts ruffling about as she spins around to admire herself. She adjusts the bow just at her waist and nods appreciatively to her attendant. Across the hall in her sister’s room, Katherine was again having a much harder time given she felt the need to impress tonight even if she already had Parker’s attention. Picking out a green dress this time, she’s helped into it and ruffles the skirts around as she’s adjusting them. All the other girls had long since entered the ballroom so the girls were rushing around until they got to the marble staircases that lead into the ballroom. Gabrielle and Katherine each choose the side to go down. They finally see what all the fuss is about when it comes to ballrooms and dancing.
Upon their entrance, they receive praise and stares from the soldiers who are now in their Sunday best. Gabrielle’s heart just about stops when she sees Robbie all spiffy in his waistcoat, trousers and button shirt, sleek shoes and his hair smoothed over with the perfect part to the side. She smiles as he looks her way with a nervous smile. Robbie gulps as he walks over to her and picks her hand up, kissing the back of it before letting her take his arm as they walk to the floor to dance. Katherine looks around and sees other girls talking to Parker and trying so hard for his attention but its stolen away when he spots the lady he’s been waiting for. Softly, he takes hold of her hand to kiss it again with a smirk as his eyes connect with hers. If her heart had wings, it would surely fly her away as she feels light as a feather. Allowing her to take his arm, Parker leads her out onto the floor where they dance the worries away.
The night ends quicker than the girls would have liked but they knew it would happen inevitably. Their father is peering from his study with a proud smile as he sees the girls walking towards the stairs with the boys.
“I wish this night would last forever.” Gabrielle says as Robbie holds her in his arms.
“Perhaps we will see each other again, sooner than you think.” He rests his chin atop her head with the closing of his eyes, feeling the pain of parting in his chest.
“I do hope so, Robbie.” She tilts her head to look at him with a sincere smile, “I didn’t think I would ever smile again and then you came along.”
“Perhaps next weekend, we are having a big celebration for my sister. She is to be married to one of the Hampton boys from Atlanta. I’d be quite honored to have you at my side for the event.”
“I would be honored as long as father will allow so.”
“With all due respect; I may have already asked his permission earlier while the ladies were changing for the ball.” He looks down at her with a very confident grin.
“Fiend.” She lightly pushes him away before nodding, “I would gladly attend with you then.”
Robbie bows to her and kisses her cheek before he lets her go up the stairs. Gabrielle touches her cheek lightly as she moves up the stairs. As the two younger ones part, the older ones are too caught up in their talking of the evening.
“I was most certain you would have liked to dance with one of those other girls.” He looks aghast at her as she says this.
“No.” He lifts her chin up and smiles, “I danced with the only lady I ever have intentions of dancing with. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have danced at all. I don’t dance.”
“Oh Parker…I…” She leans into his hand and looks at him with a smile. “I cannot find words to say right now.”
“Well the only word I need right now is a reply. Will you attend next Saturday with me?” Parker says with a close hold on her.
“I wouldn’t dream of going with anyone else, Mister Jefferson.”
“Until then.” He leans down and kisses her cheek softly before parting from her.
Katherine softly bows to him and turns, making her way up the steps. Jack smiles before shutting the door to his study. Hastily, Katherine gets upstairs to see her sister already in her nightgown and waiting for her. She gets changed into her white nightgown and gets the pins taking from her hair before she goes over to talk with her sister. After a little gossip of the boys, the girls are given warm milk and get tucked in for the night with smiles gracing their faces.

[[ Here's more of the pirate story! I been behind on this one too <3 Enjoy!!! ]]
“Stop there.” Blackbeard says as he points to you. “Who cut your face?” Felix turns and sees the blood on your face.
“No one. I did it myself on accident when I fell.” You say while looking over at Felix with a smile. “Clumsy in boots apparently.”
“As you were then dear.”
Felix walks over to you and goes ahead in the cabin while you look up to see Peter staring at you with a smile. You turn and go inside; going over to the mirror he had hanging up and stares as you touch your face.
“That wasn’t an accident was it?” Felix says as he stands behind you, “I saw you fighting out there with Peter.”
“I do not want him to get in trouble. He didn’t mean to do it.” You mumble while turning towards him. “Do I look pirate enough now and less of a pretty face?” A smile on your face almost like an innocent child would have asking if they had done well.
“Let me clean that up for you then at least?” He smiles while going over to a bowl to fetch a washcloth. “Aye, (your_name) you’ve done well for your first day with a sword.”
“You think it’s my first day with a sword.” You say with a smile as you move to sit on the bed.
He brings the cloth and a small bowl of some sort of medicinal liquid. He warns you that it will burn slightly at first. You look away as he touches the cloth to your face and cleans the wound, hissing at the sting of the medicine. After a moment, he finishes with it before laughing.
“You’re not that tough when it comes to medicine.” He says while getting up and going back to the vanity where the bowl is.
“So what, I’m still tough. I bet you aren’t that tough either unless you are used to it.” You say while leaning back against the pillows.
“So it would seem.” He smirks while turning and going over, dropping beside you on the bed.
You sit for a moment before removing yourself from the bed and heading for the door. He questions you but you just tell him that you have to check something. Knowingly, he just nods before stretching out on the bed. You admire him for a moment before turning and leaving the room. You take a venture down into the hull and look around, trying to spot Peter. With a sigh and no luck, you turn to head back until you run into him and gasp as the liquid from the cup he has in his hand spills on you.
“Sorry! Sorry” You say while stepping back, “I didn’t mean to…I d...I...”
“Why are you saying sorry love? It was my fault.” He says with a worried face.
“That was my fault. I came to find you anyways. I wanted to apologize for upsetting you earlier.” You say while looking up at him.
“No hard feelings. You must follow your heart honestly, even if we are pirates.” He leans over and brushes his finger on your cheek. “I’m so sorry for that.”
“I like it. I feel tougher with it instead of being just a pretty face.”
“You aren’t just a pretty face. I was mistaken when I said that.”
“Goodnight Peter.”
You turn away from him, crawling back up the steps to the deck above and looking around to seeing the crew busy before walking to the end of the ship and sitting there, looking down at the water below. Softly, you start humming the song from the tavern and soon you are not humming alone. You turn to see Felix leaned against the railing of the stairs that lead to where you are sitting, his shirt messy and UN-tucked much like his hair. The feeling you got when he softly kissed you just before the mutiny battle washes over you and makes you turn away with a smile.
“You are sitting here alone. Why?” He steps up the stairs slowly.
“I just wanted to think for a little bit.”
“What’s on your mind, darling?” He leans back against the bars of the railing.
“A lot. I’m confused because of you and Peter, curious to know how your father knew my real father. I was told my father was an honorable man, not a pirate.”
“Who’s to say he wasn’t an honorable pirate?”
A small sliver of a tear slides down your cheek as you look out onto the moonlit seas. Felix reaches over and brushes the tear from your face, turning your head towards him.
“I think it is time you heard what you need to hear. You’ve waited long enough.” He stands up and holds out his hands towards you.
“What do you mean?” You say in a soft choked up voice.
“Firstly, there will be no tears of sorrow on that beautiful face.” He smiles and lifts you up from the steps and you grab onto him with a small bit of laughter as he sets you down. “Now, come with me. My father is waiting for us.” He takes your hand to pull you along but you stop him from moving.
He looks back to see you smiling up at him. “What are you smiling for?”
“Well you said no tears. Shouldn’t I be rewarded for not crying?” Your smile turns to a cheeky grin.
“All you had to do was ask for a kiss.”
“Well I did just that.”
He leans down and kisses you to which he finds himself surprised to feel the kiss returned. You taste the spiced rum and sea water upon his lips. When he pulls away from you, his forehead is pressed to yours.
“Your eyes rage on like the seas around us.” He brushes the coarse fingertips of his right hand down your uninjured cheek. “I hope I never have to see them storming again.”
“How could they storm when they light up around you?”
“Come.”
He pulls you along with him and gently up the stairs to the captain’s quarters. With a creak of the door, you follow in behind him with a wary look in your eyes. Felix leads you over to where Blackbeard is studying some charts on a table until he looks up at the clearing of Felix’s throat. A warm yet creepy smile upon his face makes you kind of stand behind Felix where he stops.
“Miss (Your_name) I do hope my son hasn’t been a hassle towards you.”
“Not at all, sir.” You flash a smile up at Felix for a moment, “He’s quite good company.” He squeezes your hand softly before letting go and pulling out a chair for you.
“Good. Felix tells me you wish to know more about your father. Well it’s not much to go on but judging by your necklace, I can tell you that I only knew of one of those in the world. It belonged to Captain Davy Jones. He had the music box for a long time from the woman whom he loved as much as the sea. However, she betrayed him and never told him of the child she bared until it was too late for him to find you. He perished many years ago because someone stabbed his heart and took the place as captain of the Flying Dutchman.”
Your eyes grew in size as you sit down in the chair to soak in all of this information. Your thoughts rushing through your head until you raise your head and realize the captain now is Peter’s father. You cover your face as you try so hard to hold in those tears on anger. Felix leans over to whisper in your ear
“I told you he was an honorable pirate.” He softly brushes his fingers across yours and pulls your hands away from your face. “I’m so-
You hush him and get up from the chair before excusing yourself from the room. You lean back against the doors of the Captain’s quarters before hastily walking to Felix’s room. With a thud, you shut the door behind you and slip down into the floor while curling your knees up. All the stories and adventures you had read of Davy Jones thus far, were of your own father. The missing piece of you was set into place the moment you walked into that tavern. You walk over to the bag you had brought with you and pick up the book that your mom had given you the night before you left. You walk over and sit on the bed with it, flipping through the pages until a marked envelope falls to the floor.
With an ease down into the floor, you pick the letter up and set the book down on the floor beside you. A few soft tears of the parchment, you drop the envelope onto the ground and unfold the paper tucked inside of it.
My dearest daughter,
I’m going to be long gone by the time you are old enough to see these words upon this paper. I do hope the family I left you with would be good enough to take care of you and raise you to be a proper lady. Before you even grow, I want you to know how proud I am that I had such a beautiful daughter and I hope you understand that I gave you the best chance you deserve. If you ever wonder about your mother and father, just know we were in love and if your father had known of you, he would have done well to teach you his ways. I didn’t want you to become a pirate like him but I could understand if you did ever choose this path. It is only in your blood to become such. If things would have been different, you would have been in our arms instead but for reasons I cannot explain right now, just know we both would have loved you more than the seas. Be safe my child.
Mother
To this, you could only muffle the sobs that stifled in your throat. The paper fell from your hand and you cup your hands over your face as you cry. Another pair of hands softly lay over yours and parts them which your immediate reaction is to turn away but he stops you. He sits and pulls you to him as he tries to calm you down. He softly starts to hum the tune of the music box to you which causes you to raise your head up to look at him with big, sad eyes.
“Hush, my love. I know you’ve had a lot thrown onto your shoulders now. Perhaps we should have waited a bit longer to tell you but you’ve waited eighteen long years already.” Felix dries your eyes with the soft edge of his shirt sleeve.
“I…I just…r-r-read a letter from….from my mother, my real mother.” Mumbling between sniffles of tears, you lower your head a bit and pick the paper up again. “She wanted me to have my best chance. I feel like everything’s become so clear now. I feel like I know who I am even with a small bit of knowledge.”
“Can I know who you are?” Felix says while looking at you.
“All in good time, clever boy.” You say with a hint of a smile that turns into blushing as he grins.
Hello, darling, been a while sincee my last request. Here is a cheery one. After receiving your court date, Parker cheers you up by planning a surprise for valentine's day. Your parents also help Devon make you something too.
[[this is extremely late and I do apologize for the wait on this. I hope I can write this good enough still though even if Valentine’s is long past. I haven’t wrote Parker and Devon feels in a while :) Enjoy and I am feeling extra adorable today XP Again Im sorry that I got this behind wow D: And I left it open for you to ask for more xP Enjoy miss phoenix! ]
Among this time, you’d been fired and hired to a new placement of work. Waitressing was anything but your calling, but it was keeping you and Devon taken care of while Parker was gone. Working odd hours was just natural to you as it is so you got used to it pretty fast.
You had your back to the door as customers came in for the lunch rush so you barely had time to breathe between taking orders until the last customer in line came up to the counter with a smile and a bouquet of fragrant yellow lilies. As if water poured down you, the worry washes away.
"Parker. I had no idea you were coming home." You softly mumble as you wanted to just run around the counter to hug him. "Surprise. I flew in especially because I hope my girl has the weekend off since it’s Valentine’s Day." You were even shocked when you looked at the calendar on the wall to see it was indeed Valentine’s Day coming up. "Well I do have this weekend off because I was going to surprise you. You’ve beaten me to it now." You smile while taking the flowers and smelling them. "You should take these home and put them in some water and that pretty purple vase on the dining table." "Well I came straight from the airport here and I’m gonna surprise Devon today too. I was gonna check with you if you could call and tell him he’s going to be picked up early today?"
You give him a nod as he takes the flowers from you and sneaks in a gentle kiss before leaving. With the dinging of the door closing, you sigh inwardly and smile the most genuine smile you’ve had in weeks.
Devon sat in class with his drawing he was doing until the intercom announces to the teacher that Devon is going to be picked up earlier today. His little brows scrunch because he only knows that being picked up usually means mommy gets off work early or something’s wrong. Nap time comes around and he lays on his mat half asleep until the lights come on for recess. He gets up with a soft whine of frustration as he folds his mat up and puts it back into it’s place.
After recess, he’s back in his classroom and gathering up his drawings to put in his backpack and a soft knock at the door alerts the children of a guest. The teacher opens up the door and Devon gasps loudly when he sees Parker standing at the door. He wiggles in his seat excitedly before the teacher calls for him. He bolts from his seat to the door and leaps in Parker’s arms. Parker laughs while holding him up and carrying him out the school.
"WHERE You come from Dad!?" He holds onto him. "I landed off a big ole plane just a little bit ago. I went and seen mommy first before I decided to come surprise you. Come on, we’re gonna go see grandma for a bit too. You hungry?"
With a nod from Devon, Parker heads to the car to get him settled in before getting in to drive off. They grab something to eat on the way to your mom’s house.
You get home and open the door to see the house empty. As always, when Parker would get home, he’d take Devon somewhere to spend some time together. Your cell starts ringing out that your mom’s calling to ask if you are off work yet. She asks you to come over since you are. A turn out the door after locking it again, you head off for your mom’s house. A twenty minute drive later, you pull up to her house and get out with Starbucks in hand. The door opens before you have a chance to get up the steps and Parker comes out, lifting you into his arms. The secure feeling you had lost was found again.
"Hey babe." He mutters while hugging you tight to him. "You…hid the car in the garage." You mumble against his chest. "Clever and cunning aren’t you?" "Well when you put it like that." He smirks towards you as you lift your head up. "Come on, Devon has a surprise for you." "Uh oh."
Parker carries you inside and drops you to your feet before pulling you towards the kitchen where your mom and Devon are. Parker puts a hand over your eyes before you get the door open and walks in with you. He leads you over and opens your eyes to a big heart shape that’s covered of pictures of you and Parker and Devon. Devon strictly points out that he did the sparkly border on the collage.
"Happy Love Day momma." He mumbles softly while looking up at you. You couldn’t hold back the tears that flow as you pick him up off the counter and hug him tightly to you. "This is the sweetest present ever. Thank you Dev, I love you so much and don’t you forget it." You softly sniffle while looking up at her mom with teary eyes. "Now you can go." He grins up at Parker while wiggling free from your hold. You turn around with a confused expression. "What?" "You gotta pack because we’re going away for the weekend."
You look at your mom who already had Devon in her arms. Shaking your head you playfully shove Parker before hugging him close and he picks you up to carry you out of the house to his car.
"Why not take mine because it’s closer!" "Because we’re leaving yours here, smart one. We’re going to mine for a reason." He grins, "I might have went shopping before I got Devon." "You fiend. I didn’t get you one because I didn’t know you were going to be home." "I’m sure we’ll figure out something in Hawaii." "WHAT?!" You stand there with jaw dropping to the air as he opens the garage up. "I have your stuff and mine packed in my car already." "What time did you get off that plane?" You cross your arms while looking at him. "Er…perhaps 9 this morning. Conveniently time enough between to pack and prepare." He grins while opening the door for you. "Your chariot awaits."
Hi love, would you mind writing an imagine where the reader has a nap with Parker? :) All adorable like?
[[I’m going to get this one done right now because I’m sleepy and this one goes with the mood XD Enjoy my darling Crofties!UGH SORRY THIS IS SHORT but I’ll write more when I get back home tonight for OUAT ]]
By the time two o clock hit, you were ready to scream at something but you kept your cool. You drop into a bench and press your hands over your face with a sigh of relief to be done with school for spring break. You were about to text Parker until a horn honk scared you, causing you to almost drop your phone. With a smile and shaking of your head, you get up and go over to the car with your stuff.
"Honestly, was that really necessary to scare what wits I had left out of me?" You slump into the seat and shut the door. "You looked a little in need of surprising." He snickers while driving off towards the apartment. "So what’s the verdict?" "I won’t be surprised if I bombed them but I won’t know until this weekend when they can get the grades online."
He parks the car and you both get out. He walks you in as you are half awake the whole way inside the house. He takes your things and sets them in the recliner. You tiredly kick your shoes off beside his before looking at the couch with a scrunch of your forehead.
"What did you have this all made up for? Is someone coming to visit?" You ask in the midst of a yawn. "In case of that." He smiles while laying down on the couch with a hand out towards you.
You smile as you take his hand and crawl onto the couch by him. With a few mumbled grunts, you get comfortable and he turns on a movie. You remember the first 20 minutes of Curse of the Black Pearl before you drift off into a pirate filled slumber.
You are awakened by your phone buzzing between you and Parker which causes groans from the both of you.
