Cromolyn Pouch
[ID: Two images showing the outside and inside of a small pouch. The pouch has a pink halloween pattern on it and a yellow zipper. The inside of the pouch has a foil lining. /End ID]
While I had my sewing machine out, I decided to make a pouch to hold my Cromolyn Sodium! It's resealable, reusable, and lined with an original foil pouch. This way, it's technically still in the foil, but I can more easily store and seal my Cromolyn ampules. Plus, it's cute!
[image id: the words "cromolyn sodium my beloved" in outlined hot pink font, on top of a background of transparent mast cells and images of the chemical formula for cromolyn, a cromolyn box, plastic ampules, and a foil packet of cromolyn. end id.]

Day 3 of Cromolyn Sodium (Gastrocrom)
Day 3 is over and tbh I don't want day 4 to come. I'm so over being sick. All of it os too much. The meds seem to be doing something since I feel so horrible but we will see.
I downloaded a new app that can remind me to take my meds and eat the meal I need with them. This better work because honestly I am not gonna be good at taking the cromolyn 4 times a day. The nightly dose I will take for sure but the others are really hard. This app will hopefully help. Other apps haven't done anything to help so idk. I also have a spreadsheet so maybe that will help?? (Also my T shot is there because why not. The only thing thats missing is my regualr meds and my PRN meds because those I take automatically when I am supposed to
