A new batch of Star Wars micros, this time of one of the most secretive and dangerous sects of the Galactic Empire. The Emperor's Hands, hand-selected agents of Emperor Palpatine to enforce his dark will from the shadows.

Cronal, known by his codename Blackhole, was a mysterious individual who became Director of Imperial Intelligence. Blackhole almost never made personal appearances, preferring to project a strange image of himself instead. As a dark side user, Blackhole used the Force to help the Emperor create many strange experiments. Quite insane, Blackhole was nevertheless a master manipulator, even playing Darth Vader and Palpatine off each other, to his benefit.

Unpopular Opinion: Sidious is not the most evil person in Star Wars. That title goes to Cronal.

l’m going to have to go total neutral on this one, anon, as I was unaware of this character until now. For anyone who is interested: Cronal

(Although, I have to admit, this passage from the Wookieepedia entry is pretty damn hilarious:)

But I’ll take this moment to posit another opinion. While Sidious was obviously evil, he didn’t do it alone, especially in the Imperial era. He had a ton of enablers and apologists and propagandists to help him along his way, who were every bit as evil as he was, albeit perhaps without his supernatural powers. (Get where I’m going with this? Are you listening, America?)

I find it funny that everyone in the Empire knew there where multiple Emperor’s Hand except for Mara. She was literally living a fantasy.
