Input Prices Down from 2015

UNL Crop Budgets & Summary Here

The average irrigated corn budget is down $0.24 from 2015 to $4.19 per bushel.  Why?

Fuel - $3.25 vs $2.25

Fertilizer - $0.55 vs $0.47

Land - UNL has not published the 2016 Farm Real Estate Report (2015 Here), but indications are that modest (10%) decreases in land and rents are expected.
