We really like this Pumpkin Martini recipe and thought we'd pass it along:
2.5 oz Crop Organic Spiced Pumpkin Vodka 2.0 oz milk or half & half 0.5 oz vanilla cane syrup
For the vanilla cane syrup, boil a 1:1 ratio of sugar and water with 4 vanilla beans. Let cool. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with a large ice cube (this also works well in an old fashioned champagne coupe) and dust with nutmeg and cinnamon.
