I don’t think y’all understand how cute pre-kingdom CroSerb is oml. Serbia managing the crops trying his best to raise cattle, while Croatia rides on his horse pretending he’s intimidating enough to protect Vuk from anything that might come harm them like. 🥺💕 (He lowkey kinda was though.) Also Dražen literally clearing out the remaining west Romans and presenting Vuk with the prettiest Adriatic limestone house either have ever seen like. ☺️🫶🏻

I did some really quick sketches in one night for a little YT trend. My boys because it’s been awhile since I draw them together and I need the Vuk practice for the upcoming panels.

Also because I want others to suffer with me:

If you zoom in you can see Serbias crest with his National Flower: Lilly of the Valley.

This was also Yugoslavias flower and one of the flowers included in Dražen’s bouquet when they got married. Vuk kept it as his own out of sentimental value implying he never quite got over his marriage. Dražen changed his flower to an Iris to symbolize his individuality from Vuk. (Also not translating what they’re saying because Draža is really out of pocket.)

I’ve been playing marvel rivals with my duo partner💕✨ and “there’s no timeline where Magneto kneels” is honestly so Dražen coded. Except something like “there’s no timeline where the great Kingdom of Hrvatska kneels”

Also can see CroSerb as Magneto and Mystique especially since Magneto insists Mystique be her true self with him with the whole “show me the real you” which makes me think of how Vuk is probably only really able to be his true unhinged self around Dražen he’s the only one who doesn’t judge him or isn’t scared of the darker aspects of his personality and character afterwards.
