I’ve been pretty busy but on the plane, I read ‘In the Garden of the Beasts’ by Erik Larson, a historical fiction about interwar Europe in Hitler’s Berlin, it’s fascinating and extremely well written

33. Whose twitter feed would you most want to follow?

I do follow Gul Dukat’s.  Otherwise, umm… I would enjoy lots of characters for different reasons - watching Data try to meet the character limit, Uhura posting in other languages and running fun surveys, Jim posting about EVERY exciting thing they discover plus lots of crew selfies. 

44. If *insert crew* ended up in the modern day what would amaze them the most?

Ehhh I’m not sure which crew I’d even pick for this one.  I do love the time-travel episodes, though, I think I can even confidently say I love all of them.  

And I chose 26. Which alien hybrid offspring are you most interested in seeing?

There is some incredible artwork of Bajoran/Vulcans, beautiful enough for me to add it to my cosplay goals list.  May never get there, but we’ll see.  It’s a really cool aesthetic combination, as far as their dominant features go (it screams Current Nonbinary Aesthetic to me too, which might be why I like it so much) and wow what an interesting individual??  Passionately logical?  Sign me up. 

I love all the hybrid aliens we’ve been introduced to, and only wish we could meet more :p  Literally every possible combination is a good one.

i'm really in love with the cold seasons, i love warm sweaters and blankets and seeing my breath when im walking, i love having a really hot mug in my cold hands, i love seeing snow for the first time

15 - talk about something exciting or good that happened to you this year

i came to canada! it was a really long, stressful process and my study permit didn't get issued for three weeks after the deadline, but now im here and seeing the country and learning a lot of things that i wouldn't have learnt if i was still in england

20 - what's the sweetest thing someone has done for you?

i remember years ago i had a really shitty night at church and someone said something really homophobic and i felt awful, and my friend just turned up on my doorstep with chicken nuggets and milkshake after i mentioned it to him

25 - what's a song that gives off good vibes anytime you listen to it?

i really love the vibes of thelma and louise by bastille, i love turning it up really loud and just feeling escapism

i usually crochet or find something else to just completely take me away from everything else
