In my first year of crossfit I went straight out and bought myself a WOD journal and at the time I thought it was great. That was until I actually started writing in it. I quickly realised there wasn’t enough space to write down everything I needed to and it was very limited in ways to keep track of progress. So a year later and a little wiser I bought myself a ‘page a day’ diary, crossed out a few headings and bobs your uncle…..the most perfect WOD book and only cost £4 from Tesco opposed to the 13 quid I spent before. 📖✏🏋️♀️
