Workout Wednesday- 6 minutes and 17 seconds of hardwork! The metabolic conditioning aspect of my training was insane! Thrusters for 30 reps, pullups for 30 reps, thrusters for 20 reps, Pullups for 20 reps, thrusters for 10 reps, pullups for 10 reps, #thrusters for 5 reps, #pullups for 5 reps. When I finished I had to lay down for 10 minutes. This was probably one of the toughest workouts I've done, but results don't come easy! As a trainer don't think we're not earning our workouts too! Personally, I wouldn't feel right making my clients bust their butts in the gym if I wasn't.
